Came here and didnt really intend to buy a vehicle but I saw a nice 2008 Jeep Wrangler and they worked out a deal and got me in it. Good company. Good people. Good reputation. I had the best experienced at Malcolm Cunningham Ford Lincoln. Prior to me coming to this dealership, I had been at few other dealerships with great disappointment. I was referred by a friend to see salesperson, Rodney; he had Johnathan Chamber, a young salesman, to talk to me. Johnathan answered ALL of my questions and he gave me eye contact while he was talking to me. THAT what kept me there because he (Johnathan) didn't act distracted or treated me as if I was unimportant. Moving on, he wrote down my information; him and Rodney got me into a 2014 Ford Focus with low interest rate. They deserved a promotion for just working with me. Thank you! Thank you!

Malcom Cunningham Ford was the by far the best experience my wife and I ever had. We first purchased a Ford Expedition and a week later went back to purchase a Ford Fusion. The entire staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and was open and honest throughout the entire purchasing process. Johnathan Chambers was my sales representative on both cars. Johnathan provided outstanding customer service. Because of the service Johnathan provided, I am a customer for life. I recommend everyone I talk to go to Malcom Cunningham first if they are in the market for a car.

(January 2013) My wife and I recently purchased a car from Malcom Cunningham Ford (MC). Our overall experience was excellent. We worked with Jonathan and he was extremely knowledgeable of the model lines and financing options. We were undecided between a few model lines and Jonathan was patient and also helped us weigh the benefits of each. We will definitely buy from Jonathan and MC again!

(April 2013) I put my money where my mouth is we purchased a second vehicle from Malcolm Cunningham Ford. We had such a great experience with Jonathan Chambers last time that we went straight to him. Jonathan exceeded expectations again!
