Best place to get my car serviced, even though I didn't purchase here. The personnel is professional yet friendly. The waiting area is clean and coffees are available according to your taste. Customers are informed what's needed before they do it. The prices are reasonable and I only take my car here. Of course Miss Teresa at the service desk is my personal favorite.
I've given this dealership many chances to prove me wrong about their service, but the last visit did me in. The service dept works at the speed of smell and refuses to make an appointments. Instead, they advise you to show up "first thing in the morning" and you end up waiting at least an hour and a half for the simplest service issue. Once, they even called us back two days after our vehicle was serviced and told us that they mis-charged us and that we actually owed an additional $1000 after they had quoted us! When we came back to pay off the balance, they didn't swipe the card for the full amount and then we had to come back in AGAIN and pay what they forgot to charge.
In the past, I tried trading in a vehicle at the sales department for a brand new one. Sales Rep didn't seem to know the difference between the lower models to the upgraded. He just read of the sticker in the window and pretended like he understood what was what. The manager didn't even bother to step out from behind his desk and meet us. You would think after a few test drives and sitting inside trying to find the right set up, he would have the professionalism to explain why getting an appraisal takes 3 hours. ( I mean, if you're going to hand someone $40,000 make them feel like they matter.) After playing the game and pretending that they were still looking at the numbers, he low-balled the KBB price by $5000. thanks >
I've spent a lot of money at this dealership over the last two years, but I think its time to drive the extra mile to someone else.
Ron Grant, Greg, and John did an amazing job making me feel comfortable with my new car shopping experience! Ron went above and beyond to find the exact Jeep I was looking for! I would recommend Auto Nation on Abercorn to all my friends and family! Thank you so much after 12 years I finally got my dream car!
If you are a woman alone, don't GO here!
We live in Florida and I found a RHD jeep the exact color I wanted online and put the $100 down to hold it; arrived to pick it up the next day. Since my husband was traveling up to NC, I rode with him and he just dropped me off at the dealership. I DID have the nicest salesman on the planet, but the rest of that place is loaded with people that do nothing but set you up and take your money. They sold me an actual repair plan and other garbage THROUGH THEIR DEALERSHIP!! (While knowing I love in Florida!!) Really? When I called them on it yesterday, the Mgr says, "Not just here, it's good at ANY AutoNation dealership." I've never even heard of them until we went there to pick up the car!! Don't you people even check that out? Do you really think there's one within even an HOUR of me? NO!
And? To make matters worse, this brand new vehicle had to be towed to the closest dealership (over 30 miles away) because it's got some factory defect in the electronic system and they've had it two days now and still can't figure out what's wrong. So, I've lost pay from two days of work that I SHOULD'VE had a car to use, but I DON'T. And? The "good money" I paid to hold the vehiclethe $100? I've not seen again and was told they'd mail me a check or something. Riiiiiight.
These people move and they move fast with deals. If you see something you’re interested in, go up there and test drive it. They will put numbers in and make sure you buy a car and that you can afford it with a planned budget. I was in and out and driving my new car off the lot. Thanks Autonation
I had a great experience buying my Jeep Renegade from AutoNation South Savannah! Ron Grant was my salesperson and he was absolutely amazing! Super personable and friendly. He made me feel very comfortable while buying my Jeep. The entire staff was actually extremely friendly. While waiting for paperwork to process I exchanged dog photos with some of the employees and laughed at the size of a 200 pound Great Dane! The pricing at this dealership was more than fair. They are a no haggle dealership which as a female, buying a car alone, I greatly appreciate! It was quick and easy and I feel like the staff were/are really looking out for me! Highly, highly recommend buying from this dealership.
I work in detailing here and the sales people are great. They have great prices on their used cars. They are willing to work with you and put you in any kind of car you may want. I myself have been inquiring about one of their used vehicles. I'm undecided right now and work so much never had the time to get back with the salesman Ron,who is great by the way. He help me understand the way my credit works with buying a car. I recommend if you come in to get a car any car you may get the notion that the sales people doesn't want you to leave workout being in the new or used car of your dreams. Overall I can say great deals, great prices, and very good salesmanship. We are new here but it feels like we have always been here. If you do buy a car we will make sure your detailing experience is at its best with us. We do appreciate evey customer's business.
Great Service: I brought in a basket case and they were able to make it almost new again my newly acquired high-mile 2005 Jeep turbo-diesel runs great now and the AC is like new! Ran like a champ over Memorial Day weekend during our 1000 mile trip. I appreciate the courteous service. I now have a plan-forward for final repairs to complete my "project" for trips to the mountains of NC and back home to Savannah. Thanks all!!!
I will definitely take my vehicle to service dept again!!! I noticed my Jeep was leaking engine coolant and I was concerned. It was 4:00 on a Friday and I was going out of town the next day. i called the service dept. and Julie the service adviser answered. After i explained my situation she told me to bring it in, and that i might have to wait but they would squeeze me in. They took my Jeep back pretty quickly and Julie came back and said the technician couldn't find any leaks. When i told her i felt uneasy to drive it, she asked the technician if he would put my jeep back up on the lift and look at it with me. Jacob put my Jeep back up on the lift and explained the entire system to me and that he thought the engine coolant had been over filled at my recent oil change. He explained the over flow valve and we looked at every area together. I was very impressed with Julie and Jacob's professional and caring attitudes!.They both displayed that they wanted me to feel confident and safe driving my vehicle. I'm very grateful they fit me in, last min late on a Friday and did it with such care and concern. Great Job!
Rodney and the whole Team went out of their way to make sure we got everything we needed! We couldn't ask for anything more! If you are looking for a vehicle this is the place to go! We will definitely do business with them in the future! ♡
I was in the market to by a new vehicle that fit my family needs. After doing my own research online, I chose the Chrysler Pacifica. It was what I wanted and needed and it also had great reviews. I went to AutoNation - South Savannah location. Sales Rep Rodney T. was great from start to finish. I could not ask for anyone better. Rodney was very professional, helpful, thorough, and patient. A true gentleman. Cody Beatty and Nelson Martinez were great as well. Everyone I came in contact with at AutoNation - South Savannah location worked hard to make sure I was taken care of. They got me the vehicle I wanted, the color, specifications/features, and within my price range. I could not ask for anything more. I was also able to trade in 2 of my vehicles. AutoNation - South Savannah, Top Rate! Best In Town!! Go see them, you won't regret it, and ask for Rodney Thompson!
I recently worked with Carlos at Auto Nation and had an exceptional car buying experience. He didn't pressure me and helped me with my thought process and reconfirmed information I'd done during my research.
I was looking at several cars and Auto Nation had the best prices for same make and model as well as cleanest used car inventory within a 150 mile radius.
They've adopted the No Haggle pricing, and was simple.
I would suggest finding your own financing, as they seem to have tried to pass the interest rate a bit for someone's benefit.
Best time to shop is on Sunday afternoon, as not many people to compete with on the lot.
I bought my car here when it was Hoover in 2012. Every time I call for info from the service department they put me on hold and don't return. I call back 2 or 3 times every time. Also, service department in the drop off area are not welcoming or appreciative when you arrive. It's a guessing game who to speak with as they ignore you. I don't know why I keep coming back, that's my fault. I always tell my friends in the military and civilian (I'm retired), family, church, etc not to come to this dealership for service. I've been coming here for 5 years and it hasn't changed. Lucky I give them 1 star
