Nice people on service team over all but had two big issues: they aren’t great about returning calls without numerous attempts to get in touch with them and I felt taken advantage of when after asking multiple times about my warranty’s coverage for a tire change, I wasn’t told until after the service was finished that it wouldn’t be covered. Not likely to get my car serviced here again which is a shame because it’s where I bought it.

They were extremely nice and professional. I walked into the service area was instantly met with smiles. They were very quick and prompt. And when it was time to pick my car up, they actually got done before the original time estimated. Overall my experience was fantastic and I would definitely go back and recommend others go too.

I trust them with my car have been going to them since 2014. Location is very good since I live right next door. Service department is very nice and polite. Only had 1 small issue in the past and the manger was quick to make sure I was taken care of properly. They also are not in it to make a quick buck they will let you know their opinion if you need the maintace or if you can drive you vehicle if it may have a problem. Because it's on you if you want to task the risk but again they will give you their honest opinion what to do.

I will not spend another penny in the service department at this dealer. Back in September 2016 they tried to tell me that I had to have my turbo replaced for the lovely sum of $3700.00 on a 2 year old vehicle. I took my car to another mechanic and it ended up being a 25 cent hose clamp that needed to be tightened. Last week I received a recall notice in the mail to have my airbag replaced. The notice made it very clear that I needed to schedule an appointment immediately to have it replaced. So, I made an appointment for today (Saturday). I made it VERY clear when I made the appointment that it was for an airbag recall. I drove 35 miles to be at this appointment at 8:30 a.m. this morning. When I arrived, Jon met me at my car, put a service tag on the dash and drove it to the parking lot. When he came into the reception area, I explained that I was there to have airbag replaced per the notice I received. He then advised me that they don't do recall work on Saturdays and he said he didn't even have the part. WTF?? IT WOULD BE NICE IF THEY WOULD ACTUALLY READ SERVICE REQUEST FORMS AND COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER! Nice job Savannah Volkswagen, you screwed me again!!!

If you are looking for a car buying experience where you are treated like a walking ATM by car salespeople, this dealership is not your place. My sales person was Margaret Beard and I felt at ease and unpressured when making my purchasing decision (I bought a 2008 Honda Civic with 145k miles). There were no sales shenanigans, Mrs. Beard and Mr. Mark were upfront with the price and were reasonable when negotiating. I would recommend this dealership for your consideration when car buying and if you stop in, ask for Margaret Beard.

I walked into the dealership with a clear goal that not only was it met, but the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. I left the same day with a vehicle that I loved.
