I always have a positive experience with Jim Ellis Chevrolet service department and this visit was no different! I checked in with Robert (I think this is his name) but he was very accommodating and helpful. He addressed my concerns with getting to work by noon (I got there at 10 AM) and helped me coordinate with the shuttle, then while I was waiting, he informed me that he was able to pull some strings and get my car serviced immediately and I was back on my way in no time!

Going to a car dealership thinking I will leave happy, respected.. wake up brad So now that my experience on buying my next car is over, I'm so disappointed in myself for getting all worked up. Blake Kenya completely wowed me with his respect, consideration, and overwhelming compassion to help me feel satisfied. He went above and beyond my expectations. Just got home in our new 2017 Bolt EV and loving it. Reggie Stagmaier our salesperson is outstanding. His no pressure sales approach really allows us the "space" we need to make our purchases. Jeremy Walters (Finance) went out of his way to accommodate me as a customer. This is the 3rd car I've purchased in my lifetime and it was by far the best experience. Due to the previous two bad experiences I was a little apprehensive to trust the dealership/finance team but my experience was great. Low pressure salesman (David Faulkner) and finance team (Jeremy & Kevin). They didn't make me feel like they just wanted to get a deal done, they truly cared about my experience and wanted to be sure I was happy before executing any deal. Kevin Cummings was also great, he negotiated a great deal for both sides far better tactics than Rick Hendrick. Everyone involved in this transaction went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service.

Awesome sales and service team. Robert Sigman was awesome. Realizing my oil needed changing, I pulled in to the service area. I did not have an appointment, but I needed an oil change. 'Not a Problem' Robert said, ' Let me take care of you and get you back on your way'. Everyone was helpful and the techs seemed to love what they do. It shows in their customer service and care. Awesome experience.

Seymour Content was an excellent product specialist manager at Jim Ellis Chevrolet. My husband and I came in to purchase a Yukon Denali and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike other dealerships we had experienced, he was not pushy. He informed us about the vehicle, provided viable options, and assisted us with the all questions that we asked. During the test drive, he offered a plethora of information about the vehicle.

Seymour provided top notch service and I would highly recommend this dealership as it offers not only quality vehicles, but quality service representatives. Overall, this is the BEST experience I have had purchasing a vehicle. Awesome company!!
