Excellent customer service. Young lady with brown hair and freckles was extremely helpful and patient. Wish i could remember her nameJennifer maybe? Would recommend visiting here if you're in the market for a car
I have dealt with Chatham Parkway Toyota and I am satisfied with the results. They are great for anyone who needs body work and their customer service is great. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Chatham Parkway Toyota.
Let me say that the wait was a little long, however Jackie made my visit pleasant from start to finish. She’s was awesome and truly the word professional is an understatement! I’d love for Jackie to handle all inquiries from this day forth.
I purchased my new tacoma here. I ordered a back cover to go on my truck and waited a month for it to arrive. Once installed, I noticed the cover was damaged. No one installing it noticed but I somehow did as soon as I picked it up. I called over and over to have this problem fixed and kept getting no where. I finally got them to get me in touch with the actual Leer people and I arranged for the cover to be taken off and fixed myself. I waited another month for a new cover and now this one is also damaged and Toyota is no where to help or make things easier for me. The salesman acts like your best friend until you actually buy the truck and then it feels like they just left me hanging and I definitely do not feel like they take care of me. Very disappointed in their customer service. So here I am, 3 months in with my new truck and I still do not have a flawless back cover that I paid $1600 for. It's hard to enjoy a new vehicle when you're paying for things on it that are messed up. I purchased 2 vehicles here and will never make that mistake again.
We needed our car serviced and was sent to this dealership. Everyone was very nice and kind. Service rep Jacyln helped up. She was very nice n made us understand what was the problem n how it would be fixed. The snack section was also very nice. Thank you guys for helping 🙂
Staff was very unprofessional and judgmental. I feel like I was being judged from the time I pulled into the parking lot. I was ready to purchase a car the same day and a staff member along with his manager acted like they were too busy to help me. They repeatedly asked me questions that were irrelevant to what I wanted to do. Then, they dragged their feet during the paperwork process by asking more stupid questions and twirling their pens and thumbs. I was passed off to another associate who also acted like he didn't want to be at work that day. I'll never ever recommend such horrible customer service to anyone.
Terrible customer service! I went to Chatham Parkway Toyota because I'd seen some used cars online that I was interested in and wanted to test drive. I walked around the lot for about 15 minutes and no one came to see if I needed anything. I decided to go inside and find someone myself because I'd seen two cars that I wanted to look at. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted, not a single person even looked in my direction. Finally, after standing there for a few minutes, someone walked over to me. I said that I wanted to look at a Buick Regal parked right outside the door. The man said "ooo-wee" and walked away. I looked around not understanding what that meant, but still no one was paying any attention. He came back with the keys and said "let's go." He didn't ask for my drivers license or anything, the man had no idea who I was or if I was even a licensed driver. I test drove the car, unfamiliar with the area, asking where to turn. The salesman merely pointed. He also didn't offer up any information on the car, nor did he answer any questions that I had about it. He wasn't interested in selling a car I guess. I had cash to pay for the car right then and there, and I would've bought it, if he'd made any effort at all. I will never shop at Chatham Parkway Toyota again!
My sales person was Robert Campbell. He was superb! Very cool gentleman, straightforward, helped us immeasurably!
Chad worked up our numbers and he was personable and patient with our indecisions.
Mr. McMillan was also thorough in offering all available extended warranties, and helping us with just the "right one" for our circumstances.
Hats off to Patricia of Chatham Parkway Lexus who referred us to Robert (Sarge) when we decided on a new Toyota product rather than a previously owned Camry on her lot. She was always professional and friendly even though we changed dealerships.
Very happy customers!
I had the pleasure of working with Andrea and Ron. I received progress updates on my vehicle consistently. I appreciated their willingness to communicate with my insurance company so I did not. I love the accommodations and the provisions provided for small children. The repairs on my car are great. CPC does awesome work. I highly recommend this collision center.
Although I didn't have an appointment you still service my vehicle and checked it and told me what was needed. This didn't take long time. Thank you so much because I was a little in a hurry. And you washed my car! Autumn was on point she kept me informed as to what was going on with my vehicle. Good job I appreciate your service.
Well received and all work completed. Time waiting for service completion was very close to estimated wait time. Complimentary car wash a nice benefit. All staff very friendly and comfortable customer waiting area.
I recently had my vehicle in for service due to a flat tire. I was in a few minutes after they opened was advised my tire would be in this afternoon. It was a slow leak so I was able to drive home to wait. While calling just before they closed, I was put on hold trying to check on the status of the tire, at the same time I had an incoming call from from service advising my tire did not make it in. the service advisor was polite and professional the whole time. She advised she would like to have eyes on the tire before calling. The next day, I received a call stating the tire arrived and I brought my truck in. While there, I noticed they had a Tacoma in the color I prefer. The exact same model and options as the one I currently have just a 2017 instead of a 2016. I, knowing I am driving a Toyota Tacoma less than a year old, with outstanding resale value and I impeccable condition. I thought that I would be able to get into the 2017 close to if not the exact same price im am paying per month now. After about an hour of waiting. I was advised my truck is only worth 24k don't get how a truck less that one year old depreciates that much. Although the service department is better than I can ask for, if you are looking for a new Toyota, do not deal with this sales department. Take the 45 minute drive to Stokes Brown Toyota. I saved $100 a month going there the first time and it looks like I will continue to go for new vehicles.
They were very polite and the job was done well but my wait was a bit long. After the truck was done and washed I waited 30mins for someone to help me sign final papers and turn over my key. We have used the service department before and had better service time so maybe it was a busy day or they were under staffed that day. All in all we will use them again and I feel they did a good job.
My wife and I visited Chatham Parkway Toyota last week when we found out that her car was totaled. We were greeted by Kenya who was extremely helpful and a really nice guy. Our experience was great with Kenya, he let us look at numerous cars and had a good knowledge of each model that we saw. Once we zeroed in on a 4 runner and it came time to start talking numbers, he wasn't too pushy and allowed my wife and I time to talk when we requested. We couldn't be happier with the new (to us) car and the service we experienced at Chatham Parkway Toyota. Thanks again!
