Was in the market for a vehicle for my wife after our seven (7) year anniversary. Came across a vehicle located at Global Imports that I knew she wanted. Worked with Justin Oliver and G. Carson to facilitate the purchase. Process was quick and efficient.
Only down side, which could not be controlled was the weather in Atlanta the day we picked up the vehicle.
Since returning home, I’ve recommended several people to purchase with Global Imports due to the superior customer service and persistent follow through.
My experience at Global Imports BMW was EXCELLENT!!! My sales rep Robert did a excellent job walking me through the car buying process. He sent me photos of my vehicle which I purchased SITE UNSEEN!! Even the finance company was excellent they treated me like a king. My car was shipped to me in immaculate condition. The car was cleaner upon arrival than it was in the pictures! I would definitely recommend them and would buy another car from them in the future. Please stop by to see Robert he will do excellent job for you. Thanks Robert and team global imports BMW for the awesome experience!

I’ve been a loyal Volkswagen driver for more than a decade, but decided it was time for an upgrade. I decided on a BMW after doing some research, and ended up at Global Imports due to its proximity to the city and good reputation. That being said, Global Imports couldn’t have made the transition more seamless; they are a well oiled machine, which handles every step of the car buying process with professionalism, efficiency, and friendliness.
My sales agent was Nubian, who was very knowledgeable about the available vehicles, responsive to my needs and questions, and eager to ensure the process moved along as quickly and as painless as possible. The dealership was very fair on valuing my trade in, and Nubian helped facilitate that process with ease. I ultimately purchased an X3, which arrived in impeccable shape. I couldn’t have been more pleased with my overall experience from start to finish. I’ve dealt with multiple dealerships over the past 20 years of car buying, and this experience was certainly among the best. Good people, product, and price.
Great experience with BMW Global imports.I purchased X5 through agent Ricardo. He was very prompt, called me and sent me pictures, videos as soon as the vehicle was available in the inventory. He had cut me a good deal on the vehicle. Ricardo explained in detail about step by step process and responded to my questions patiently. I closed the deal immediately. Finance person Rene and the manager were also very helpful. Genius folks explained in detail about the vehicle. I'm planning to buy another Vehicle for my wife and definitely will choose Global imports
After a year in one of their vehicles I have determined the suck at customer service! They just want your money and try to deal with you at a distance. I am so glad I totaled my car and will no longer be apart of the BMW cult. They treat their customers as if this is a buy here pay here lot. I really with Sonic Automotive would come and revamp them!
This has been the worse experience I've ever had at a dealership.Prior to me posting my issues, I'm sitting at the Cafe as a another customer discuss his displeasure with his service. My car was stolen in July it was brought to Global BMW for repairs. My service advisor has lied as it relates to supplements submitted. He also lied to me and stated I had to contact my insurance company to discuss damages I identified on my vehicle. However this is not true. I verified it through my insurance company. Sean has been out on sick leave and now his supervisor Brandon is stating he has to start from scratch to determine repairs for my vehicle. I can clearly see who trained Sean because his supervisor Brandon is giving me the same unacceptable responses. The unprofessional service I have received I would hope is not a representation of Global BMW. I am contacting Corporate to discuss my issues in detail.
Lousy service desk.
Tried three times to get a recall scheduled. Left my number for them to cal back when parts arrive. 1 week laterno call and no record of me ordering parts? 2 weeks laterno call and parts are in! Service guys really too busy to give me a schedule now, so they will certainly call back!
3 weeks laterno call back. And guess whatno business from me, ever.
Update just bought another 5 series from Jean and Zack. Thanks for the outstanding customer support.

If you are in the market for a new or used car and doesn't even have to be a BMW you need to check out Global Imports. Donna Mesa was by far the best sales person I have every dealt with. This dealership has come a long way in the last 3 years. You need to check them out before you buy. This is a NO STRESS buying experience. Awesome Sauce! I am very happy with the whole buying experience form the presentation to the finance department. This is a NO STRESS, NO HAGGLE buying experience. The used cars are priced under KBB so you are getting a good deal and a unique buying experience that is matched by NO others. Thanks Donna, Brandy and Marc
Just bought an AUDI 2013. Nice friendly environment. BUT proceed with caution!!!!
Shortly before signing the purchase paperwork, Global imports allowed me to take the AUDI home - check engine light came on. Service manager assured me the would take care of that before purchase. Sales guy took the car at the back (shop) and informed me that they had corrected issue. It was and idling issue. Test drove and all was fine. After signing the paperwork, I drove the car about 40 miles. Light came back on. Took it back there because it was ore-existing and I TRUSTED that the would be honest and correct issue. Cut long story short, I later took to Audi, they verified light had just been reset by Global imports and will cost $600.00 to fix a vacuum leak that was causing the light to come on. My hope is that Global imports can honor and take responsibility. From many reviews I'm reading, chances of them doing the right thing are 50:50. I hope they are just honest folks who treat others with INTEGRITY.
I bought a BMW a few months ago here. There was an "odometer discrepancy" which prevented me from getting a tag for multiple months. I also had to go by the dealership multiple times because of this. I recommend buying a BMW, but not from here. It is impossible to get anyone there to answer their phone, unless they're in sales. It just hasn't been a smooth process from the beginning and ongoing..
I ended up coming to this dealership because the previous BMW dealers I had been using were less than stellar. When I set up my appointment, I was told that I would have a loaner car and everything, which I received and was very grateful for! A1 service with Wade!
However, when I came back to get my car, there was an inexplicable mark and chip to my right front bumper. There was some guy with Wade that day, that kept whispering to him "make your job easier." To the customer that just sounds like cutting corners. That same guy was with Wade when I noticed the damage to my bumperto which he replied "oh that's grass and we don't have any grass here."
That's not acceptable because the mark was not on my car when I dropped it off and it should not be there when I return to get it. I was told by Wade that they would contact me to have that fixed, to which the other guy again whispered, "make your job easier."
I have yet to receive a call and my bumper is still damaged.
Ironically, I was with a salesman that day looking at trading my M3 in on a newer f80 M3 but after dealing with three bad BMW service department experiences, the C63 looks much better.
My advisor Richard did a great job getting my car quickly serviced. I even had a question on the turn signals and he had my mechanic Jason and Andrew from parts help me out.
All worked out for the best experience!
Even one of your team brought me a cup of coffee!
My BMW is a 3 series and 16 years old!! Great service team!
I received an extended warranty notification in the mail involving my X5. My engine light was on and I knew it had something to do with parts mentioned in the warranty. After dropping the car off at the dealership, I was told later that day it looked VERY promising it would be covered under the warranty. The next couple days past and I received a voicemail from my service assistant telling me it wasn't covered because it wasn't the exact module mentioned and it was going to cost me $1200! He was leaving for vacation that day and told me to call him. I tried and he responded via text. He told me he was going to tell me someone who could help me in his absence but he never responded to me. After the repairs were completed, I was notified that it didn't solve the problem and they needed over $5k more to repair other parts. I declined and pick my vehicle up, still broken and $1200 dollars less! It took the dealership over an hour to get me a loaner car and upon my return, it took them 40 minutes to find my car! They should be able to diagnose ALL issues up front for the prices they charge. This was a bait and switch issue!
I brought my 2012 550 in for service. While there, I was told that the oil pan was cracked and leaking. I had to leave my car, but was provided a very nice 2017 X3 for a loaner. My engine ended up being replaced, but it was all covered thanks to the extended warranty. I was provided status regularly. Everyone was courteous and professional. Two weeks later and now I have my car back--running smoother than ever. I prefer Global Imports over United BMW any day.
