This hotel was really nice. My husband and I got a room just to get out of the house away from the kids and it felt so comfortable. The layout was unique and loved the kitchen and larger bathroom. Felt like a nice studio apartment. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed there for Thanksgiving with two other families. We had two bedroom queen suite,others had regular rooms. Property is nice, easy to get to, located close enough to Palm Springs, living desert zoo, El Paseo mall. Has a well kept heated pool area and had a nice sitting area around the fire, offers a free breakfast. That's about it for pros. Cons are minor but numerous - undersized AC in our room, was able to cool to 70 (preset) at night only. Daytime temps were in the high 70ties (that's in the room). Stains on the couch, dated kitchenette furniture, hot tub/whirlpool which exists only as a sign on the fence. Breakfast is basic as well. To summarize - stay there if you can find a cheap rate. Avoid if that's not the case.

Our stay was very pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was a great addition. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well kept.

This was a nice hotel to stay in. The rooms are a little older, but they are clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the hotel is very dog friendly. The breakfast is excellent. Excellent stay for the price.

We recently stayed at the Marriott Residence Inn in Palm Desert, California. I am recovering from a stomach surgery that I recently had and my mom chose that particular hotel because she had liked the area and the staff in the past. Long story short, we had accidently left behind a strainer in the dishwasher and my mom wanted to retrieve it. My mom called the front desk and was passed around on the phone by two different people. She finally spoke to a Sales Manager named Candy who not only wouldn't send someone to the room to go check to see if they could locate the strainer, she deliberately lied to my mom saying that she never left anything in the dishwasher and that she would not be sending anyone to check the room. She was extremely rude to my mom. I'm writing this review because her behavior was atrocious and is not indicative of the level of service I expect the Marriott Brand to instill in the staff that employs them. I will be calling the corporate office to let them know of this particular instance because it is not acceptable customer service. It isn't even about the strainer anymore. It was this individual's lack of professionalism and her attitude towards a paying customer.

Well stocked and clean rooms. Friendly staff. Great breakfast variety. The man in charge of breakfast during our stay was very nice and helpful and seemed to enjoy making sure everything was clean, organized and delicious.

So far so good. Breakfast ok. They didn't have the bacon and potatoes we were looking for but some good coffee and juice. Pretty clean. Enjoyable.

It was a great place even though I only stayed for one night. There were perfect areas to enjoy the outside heat and go swimming or play tennis and basketball. The breakfast was mediocre (because of the eggs) in my opinion but I was still able to enjoy it. I would definitely stay again and it's a great place to get away from the city and all the stressful work. 10/10 would recommend going.

Located in palm dessert we stayed the night. We had a two room suite. Me and my family stayed. My two sons 7 and 2 years old and my wife. It had a nice refrigerator we needed that to p hi t are food and babys milk nice kitchen and everything . Everything was nice there

Room was very clean and comfortable. Had a stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Hot breakfast was provided. Lovely place to stay.

Meeting room was fine for our short seminar. Lobby of the hotel is sparse, but tasteful and clean. Bathrooms were clean and large. Not a high class hotel, but definitely not a dump. Somewhere above middle of the pack.

Stayed here for Coachella, I been to other places in past years and they had rooms as soon as we arrived on Friday. Well at the residences I had to wait till 2 and that was after lots of checking and asking the front. Well on top of that I missed a few bands I wanted to watch. The rooms are decent the beds sleep like poop just bring your inflatable bed. I probably won't stay here again
