Nice hotel and location but beware of fees. Food was good but no continental breakfast for diamond members. Seemed like Hilton membership didn't matter

Stayed here for our 9th anniversary and had a great time. Very friendly staff accommodated an early check-in request without issue. Our suite was huge, especially considering the cost, and was also nicely appointed. Jacuzzi tub filled up amazing fast and was quieter than most.

The bar and restaurants were great too. Food was excellent, and our drinks were tasty and generous.
    Overall had a wonderful experience.

The rooms and staff are great. Disappointed in the high cost of snacks in the hotels store. Felt like I was being overcharged because they know that it's not easy to walk to a place to buy those things.

Great staff, friendly. Very nice resort. Great value. Fun pool and crowd. Exactly what you would hope for and except. Rooms are clean and very nice. We originally had a reservation at the hotel next door, and upon our arrival we were not impressed and became depressed with the staff, pool vibe and guests. Cancelled our reservation immediately and checked into Miramonte and thanks to Gaby and Patty at the front desk, they made our day!!

worst service that I have experienced in the hospitality industry. Employees don't care. management is oblivious. Good luck getting hold of someone to make a reservation!

Love love love this place can't wait to go back again. The service is great especially at the pool bar. Must try the sparkling sangria so delicious and worth the price for the pitcher. They have movie night at The pool on Saturday pools close at 11 but you can hang out at the fire pits all night if you wanted. The spa was closed when we were there for some remodeling that was the only negative but still looking forward to having a spa day next time!

Since Hilton has assumed ownership of this facility, improvements are in full force,. Bar is now complete (first class); good atmosphere and now has two televisions for sports. Full service restaurant will be open on September 22. Two story Spanish style archetecture throughout the grounds; has two pools with the bigger one having bar service. Spa was closed during visit but not an issue for us. If any member of your group has problems climbing stairs be sure to request a first floor room as there are no elevators in the rooming areas. First floor rooms have a small patio with table and chairs.Grounds (lawns, trees and flowers are immaculately manicured with walkways through the facility. Centrally located and very close to LaQuinta, Palm Desert and Indian Wells restaurants and shopping.

Nice hotel. Room was clean. Good location. Too bad the spa and restaurant was under renovation. Check if your room is ready before you go. There is a resort fee of $30/day. Should be reduced if the full resort amenities are not available.

I booked a room at a resort in Indian Wells for September in April through a Trip Advisor partner. They sent me the reservation number confirmation, I even called the hotel to make sure that I have a reservation. Everything was fine until today, exactly 6 weeks before my trip, when I got an email from them on my saying that my reservation no longer exists and they like to replace my room with a room at the La Quinta for no extra charge. How gracious of them to downgrade me for free so that they can sell my room at a higher nightly rate. Defeats the point of the word "reservation" doesn't it?

Stayed at this resort over the memorial day weekend. Front
desk lady was very friendly. Gave us a room in the very back of the resort and the patio was facing the parking lot which the company needs to buy new patio furniture. I didn't know they were going to put us into a downstairs room because for our entire stay we heard running, stomping, dropping things until 4:00am. Our bathroom had visible mold and drywall was peeling off, it was getting to me. This weekend was to relax so we went to the Miramonte pool and we couldn't find lounge chairs because people's towels and hats needed a chair, while their owners stayed inside the pool all day. What I don't understand is why are the lounge chairs have a reserved sign for the Cabana Rentals on them while the Cabanas have places to sit. You are taking space from other paying customers. Lastly, someone put a Food & Beverage charge to our room without a signature, which we ate outside the hotel and we do not drink. Resort Management: Smart thing to do is have the customers swipe their room key into a machine to order anything!

Gorgeous room and property was immaculate! I was checked on and out by the same person and she was amazing. The gentlemen at the pool bar did an amazing job and taking care of my family and I, while the breakfast crew in the restaurant did an awesome job of making us feel welcome. Great staff, great property!

The hotel is not worth more than 150 a night. The safe in the room did not work properly, had to call front desk twice to fix it. The pool is okay, but towels can be an issue if it's busy. The room itself is nice, butbare bones almost.

This is written by Rudys wife so here goes..Mold stains in tub. Not very hot water. Low water pressure in the morning. In room coffee maker is the worst. Outside our building is very dated and not very clean. Restaurant food was bad. A kale salad made with half kale and half romaine and with a mayo like dressing? Someone's dog or a person barfed on the sidewalk outside our room and it has yet to be cleaned since yesterday. And to top it off my key was inoperable when I came back to my room today. Sorry. I am a frequent Hilton guest and honors member but I won't be returning to this facility.
