Really enjoyed my stay. The staff is phenomenal. The hotel has a big and spacious pool. The pool is heated all year around so you can enjoy a good swim even in the winter. The hotel has a problem with birds on the property so they hired a hawk trainer that trainers his hawk to scare away the birds. He was a really good addition to the pool because when he wasn't scaring away the birds he would educate the kids about his hawk. Really awesome experience overall. My new favorite hotel in Palm Springs.
If anyone is searching for deals for hotels and resorts browse through ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ made a reservation for a hotel room on there and they had the absolute best prices anywhere!
New rooms are so cool, mid century modern is on point. Really big and spacious as well. Top recommended in the area! Oh and the pool has a sand beach!
In town for BMW Performance Driving event and we decided to stay at the renaissance esmeralda for couple of nights.
High floor, pool view, beautiful sunrise and sunsets. Clean room, fresh linens and a great time at the pool..
Well definitely stay here again. Thank you to all staff of the renaissance hotel team for giving us a wonderful and enjoyable experience!!
Rooms are beautiful and large. The decor is very very nice. Newly remodeled, very clean, and covid conscientious. The staff was amazing, kind, helpful, respectful, and hard working. The pool and our cabana made our stay even more special. Loved the place and would highly recommend.
Upgraded to a generous executive suite. All of the staff exceptionally courteous. The pool is obviously the big highlight: the latest pool in the valley. Quick attentive service for food and drinks. Summer months are quite hot (110+F) but the cooling waterfall made for an easy way to control the temp and go back to floating. I’d imagine it could be packed with families in the winter months, but for us it was perfect.
The property is well kept and gorgeous. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. I have Platinum status and they recognized this with a great upgrade and other perks. The pricing is excellent for what you receive. My sole compliant is that I'm staying on a special rate that includes free children's meals, but the restaurants weren't open when they were supposed to be and it was a hassle to get proper credits. Highly recommend this place overall.
Beautiful hotel with a great pool. And a nice wading pool for the kids with a water fall area. Rooms are huge and the bed is perfect. Just a short drive away from the zoo, and pretty centralized to all the things to see in Palm Springs. Staying here again whenever I can!
The hotel is conveniently located off Highway 111, allowing quick access to restaurants and shops. Parking was adequate, with a large lot in front and a small covered garage in the rear of the hotel. Rooms were modern and large with a mini fridge, big screen smart TV, and a spacious bathroom. The pool is large and there are two small jacuzzis. Would recommend.
I really enjoyed this place. Beautiful grounds, The rooms were clean and nice. Fantastic gym to work out. I would have given 5 stars but they need to clean or redo the jacuzzi. The pool is great and very clean. It would give it 4.5 stars to be precise. The staff was amazing.
The Renaissance is a great place for a business conference, relaxing getaway or family weekend vacation. The food is good, the pool is fantastic and the overall hotel is very nice and well maintained, if slightly dated. Super friendly staff and great service rounds out an overall excellent resort.
The only negative is the now industry standard deceptive pricing which includes a unavoidable $33/day resort fee and $8 parking fee ($28 for Valet).
Very nice property with large pool and bar in middle. We did not eat at any of the restaurants. Room was clean and a little bigger than average. They could have had more wait staff around the pool as the service was a little slow at times. Got a great deal through priceline and i would go back.
This resort is beautiful. The staff are friendly and helpful and go above and beyond. The restaurant food is so tasty. The pool is beautiful. The rooms are lovely. I had the best time here ! So thank you.
We stayed here for 5 nights for a conference. Although we didn't have much free time, we enjoyed our stay. The hotel is beautiful and is surrounded by beautiful nature. The rooms are spacious and clean and the room service was perfect. They have super comfortable beds that make it hard to get up in the morning. The fitness centre was very nice and has a great view. The breakfast buffet is expensive but good (Europeans might be a bit disappointed, but breakfast isn't America's strong suit). The hotel's Sushi restaurant Glo serves good food and there is a coffee shop serving Starbucks coffee and some snacks.
I would definitely come back.
Nice rooms, fancy hotel, good service. We've been there a couple of times in the off season for a church retreat and it is been very nice. The off season is summer, so it IS very hot and I find myself wishing for more indoor activities. Even the pool gets warm. But, it's nice. And good deals are available in the off season!
Comfy chairs in conference center. Pool and spa were perfectly heated. Fun games with good quality equipment on the terrace level. Unfortunately there was a spider in our room (7th floor) and a live cockroach in our friend's bed (6th floor). Also I had requested 2 double beds when booking over the phone, but was given 1 King bed at check in and no double beds were available.
We had another great time this memorial day weekend when we stayed here to celebrate my older son Kevin's birthday.
We have always enjoyed this place from when my son's were little guys to now grown men. Matthew is a very cool guy he always gives us great service, very nice to talk to. Tony gave us exceptional service at the pool bar. He was always smiling having a great time with customers joking & laughing, he is a fantastic bartender he had our beer on ice waiting for us, he made us feel special.
Thank You Tony & Matthew For Always Treating us very well, the staff here is awesome!!
We hold this place special in our hearts, my family has shared many good memories here.
We Love Renaissance Indian Wells Resort & Spa!
I don't think it's worth $430.00 a night. If you're really into golfing and old ass folks lounging by the pool than its the place for you. Otherwise find somewhere that's a bit less expensive and younger people will surely appear. Food seems to taste the same all through the hotel.
Come here and sleep in the room and you will certainly enjoy it.
The location was absolutely perfect. Close to shopping and Starbucks. The rooms couldn't have been any more luxurious. I had a very much "at home" feel. The services were prompt upon request. We were treated so well. The best part about the hotel was the pool area. Great for adults and children. Definitely recommend.
You use to be able to visit the pool and now they completely cut that out. I understand and I get it but they could have a daily limit and charge for wrist bands or something like that. I don't go often and my children love the beach entrance to the pool. It's safe for them that way as well. I went there and was ready to spend quite a bit of money on food and drinks, the gift shop and more. As I said I get it but it is just a bummer maybe look into a way to have it open to visitors that don't need a hotel but want to enjoy the pool for a few hours.
