This is my parents go to spot when they come for a visit. It's meant for people staying on long work trips but it's also great for a weekend visit. Close to the mall and walkable to some shops and a chick-fil-a. The property its self is an average Residence Inn. The rooms are adequate and have a full kitchen. There is a pool and tennis courts and a laundry room for guests. The staff is the best part of the property. They are super friendly and seemed genuinely eager to help

This hotel was fine. We had a king and a pull out. The pull out was unusually awful. Laying on the mattress you only felt springs. It was only 2.5" thick in some areas it was so old. Plus, it was dirty. There was something that looked like yogurt spilled down it and it hadn't been properly cleaned. Housekeeping only came on 1 of our 2 days there. Otherwise it was ok. Staff was very friendly.

Extremely spacious room, really enjoyed the kitchenette with full supplies, microwave, stove, refrigerator, etc. Room was in ok shape (not great, not horrible). Clientele appeared rough, but did not experience any issues. Exercise room was ok, it was only big enough for two people. Front desk was very nice and helpful. Internet speed was acceptable. Breakfast was pretty good overall.

An old-school Residence Inn dating to the early 1990s and pretty dated. Nominally clean but we saw bugs and plenty of wear. Staff were professional and friendly. Lobby tired, and the breakfast not so hot. This property badly needs a refurbishment. We were glad to check out. Stay at the Trinity Park Residence Inn near downtown instead.

Had a great stay, clean, nice suites & very friendly staff. Appreciated the free burgers, salads & wine/beer in the evening & a nice breakfast in the morning with a couple of hot items & waffles. The best part though was the iced coffee with flavored syrups at breakfast!

The room was nicer than I expected. There is a lot of space overall. The outdoor pool was nice for a 90 degree day and it is cool that there is a basketball hoop.

I am upset about not being told i was going to be charged an advanced pay rate b 4 arriving at the property and a 75.00 pet fee by marriott reservations. The mgr was curt at the front desk and left without trying to assist besides saying didnt u get an email. The email is irrevelant when your lied too and ur cc is charged b 4 you hang up with reservations. The front desk associate at the hotel stated it wasnt their fault its the 1800 number.Total bs and passing the ball in this case my freaking money.I called the reservation supervisor and was given 5000 points total bs.A rate adjustment would have been acceptable.I wont be staying at this property again unless its urgent . The reservationists lied period. The room is nice it isnt worth what i was charged. They are taking advantage of morhers day weekend and college graduations. They dont even want to produce a bill i will get my copy in the a.m.ridiclious zero customer service.
