Intimateoff main road but entrance is in back. Quiet setting. Room had nice amenities.

The stay was great except paying 25 dollars a night for our dog to stay with us. It was non refundable. I think a deposit would be more appropriate and if there is no damage it would be refunded

Great hotel to stay in, Freshly renovated rooms are beautiful and very clean. From the people that work at the front desk to the ones that clean the rooms, everyone is very helpful and nice. I am staying here while I work out of town and I will not stay anywhere else. I came back to the hotel this evening and the management had pizza and sodas for the guest,how great is that. I will be putting in my reservations early for next week to make sure I get a room here.

Recently renovated - new flooring, comfy beds, new cooking utensils, new fitness room equipment, but also some "new smell" that luckily is not too strong. Rooms have full-size fridges and stoves. Friendly front desk staff. Convenient to Rte 40. Rooms are cleaned only once a week, but fresh towels and sheets are available at the front desk. Wish that recycling was available.

Overall my ratings are reflective of the hotel stay. I stayed in an non-renovated room and hopefully things will only get better. The existing appliances and cabinets were dated but effective. The faux hardwood flooring is much preferred over carpet that seems to hide dirt better.
However, the hotel was undergoing a remodel of the entire building from what i can gather. Therefore, based on this review be mindful that the noise and cleanliness is reflected in that construction.
They didn't start any morning construction until after 8 and from what i could gather ended about 5PM. Therefore, if you need to sleep during the day make sure to either get a room away from the construction or stay at another place.response / report this review -

This property is in the midst of renovation and has some kinks to work out, primarily with housekeeping. Sofa bed was filthy, floors were very dirty. Kendall at the front desk was incredible and took care of the sofa bed immediately. Once this property is back up to speed and gets a much needed deep cleaning it will be a 4 star stay.
The desk staff is responsive, the room quiet and comfortable. The mattress was new and comfortable.response / report this review -

Clean, inviting doing excellent upgrades looks like it should be done in month or less. But you would never know there was updating going on because I haven't heard a peep just seen the workers. It's not bothersome whatsoever like most places when they upgrade. I've never stayed in this brand of hotel before. I'm very impressed and will stay in these whenever I can. The WHOLE staff has been great and friendly. The extra free amenities are also great. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs a room within a 20 miles of here.

The room I stayed in has very nice amenities. Full refrigerator​, dishwasher, silverware, desk, sink outside of bathroom, stovetop burners. The parking lot was dimly lit but quiet.

Extremely outdated, dirty and under construction. Front desk staff was friendly. Comfortable bed. Construction was not disclosed at the time of booking. My room has a refrigerator that smells extremely bad, someone was supposed to come clean my room as construction workers had just walked out of the room when I checked in at 7pm. No one came to clean my room after I reported the issues. The only light at the desk has a electrical short and will not operate. No wash cloths in room. Dirty silverware, in the drawer. I know and love Candlewood Suites, but this places is a joke.
