My husband and I checked in for a weekend GET away to visit with FAMILY since his recent heart transplant. The customer service was excellent but house keeping was terrible the handicap shower head was full of strings of hair my complaint was reported to the front desk but the hair was never removed when my room was cleaned I had to get a cloth and cleaner from the front desk. That makes me wonder if my room was thoroughly cleaned🤔

Decent room, but no video on demand through TV. Breakfast was limited, but well done. Outdoor pool , but I visited in the winter. Fitness room was nice enough.

We arrived too early to check in, but I needed to work from the hotel. Shawna was great and showed me to the business center and made sure I could connect to the internet. She also made sure I had breakfast and coffee. My room was ready much earlier than expected again thanks to Shawna. Once in my room, I found it to be extremely clean and fresh-smelling. It was excellent for working with a roomy desk and good internet. This is a Class Act!

Had a nice stay at this Hampton. It's very convenient to SEBTS and the room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was typical, and the staff was very friendly.

The staff members were very pleasant and helpful. The wifi was terrible. The signal was only strong enough to use while in the lobby. The facility was just ok. People had issues with the elevator. The location is nice. Good restaurants close by.

Clean and quiet hotel. But they had our credit card all screwed up, and ran out of coffee in the morning. On a scale of 1-10, beds were a 6 at best. My wife didn't get much sleep and either did our friend next door. Also they took his dirty towels and didn't leave ANY clean ones. Staff was real nice. Probably will not be back here next year. We enjoyed our stay last year down the street better

The room conditions and amenities were fair.. nothing to brag about, but not really to complain about either. The front desk staff was helpful, but you could tell there was underlying attitudes, like they were ready to go off. But the cleaning staff was very nice, and a joy to speak with! I particularly liked the bible quotes around the breakfast in the morning, although breakfast was kind of bland and tasteless (especially the eggs) not bad, but if they made the cleaning staff the guest services staff, I would have rated them higher.

Loved staying here, the staff was awesome (even during construction the guests were placed #1) the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were clean and nice. Exceptional to our kids and pet. Close to multiple food venues and parks. Pool is outside and only available during the summer (even though NC was still warm in October/November) which was our only drawback. I also felt very safe staying here.

We stayed at this hotel for almost a week while searching for a home in the area. We found the rooms clean and the hotel staff very helpful and friendly. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping in the area. We highly recommend this hotel!
