Service was horrible!!!! Waited an hour to check into my room because it was not clean. Then waited over an hour for dishware which was supposed to be a covered amenity that I paid for. Waited for over an hour with no response before I called back and was told I could wait another 30 minutes and come downstairs and pick them up though they were supposed to be delivered. There are drug addicts walking all around the property. Because I made the reservation a month in advance online I cannot be refunded. I dont care, they can have the money and we are checking out early. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Very scary experience. Bugs in bed and hairs all over the place. Couldn't stay there. The staff was very polite and understanding and gave us a full refund. The cleanliness was just not up to standard at all.

Not bad. If you're a "bougie" person you won't stay here. But I booked it though a discount website and I was happy because this one ACTUALLY offers smoking rooms. I really like that. Its not worth the price they normally charge but it is what it is. I enjoy my stays here. Staff is nice but if you need something call in the morning-noon, hopefully you get the girl at the front deskbecause after 4-5pm the guy who takes over won't answer the phone.

Where do I even start? The female at the desk was rude, the freezer was dirty, the tub had hair in it, there’s no trash can in the room, I asked to speak to a manager she said no we don’t have one, they ran out of clean linen told me to wait 1 1/2 hours,they placed my card on file for a room I’m not even in and in my sister’s room she found blood on her sheets. I really wanted to give them 0 stars but it wasn’t an option just like me ever coming back to an extended stay America ever again.

Comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff and neighbors but that's about all the good out of our experience. Lobby was dirty floors, raggedy, generally just run down and old. Rooms are dingy, dirty, not well vacuumed or cleaned. Bed has many stains and mystery stains as does the carpet. It is an older establishment but being old and clean are two different things. Probably wouldn't recommend it and probably wouldn't stay again unless they made changes and through over all deep cleaning.

It's a cheap hotel. Don't expect much. It does have kitchenettes but most rooms are smoke-filled even if non-smoking.

Well apparently this is the place to go if you are a meth head, homeless person needing a place, or a lunatic group wanting to scream at each other all night and blast music. All sorts of scum hanging out all over into wee hours. Expected to get accosted in parking lot. Place smells. Hookers obviously using this by hour with pimps. Do NOT stay here for ANY reason! It isn't worth it.

The room we have smell like cigarettes smell the bathroom was burns from the cigarette. They could have fixed the tub they patched it up with I don't know what. I had to clean it when I got there. The toilet seat I was scared to sit down cause it goes from side to side they needed to fix that. The table was ready to fall apart disappointed that's how I felt.

I have never been treated so badly as I was by the front desk, her name was omega. I will also be calling corporate. She was INCREDIBLY rude for no reason! I work in guest relations as a manager and I guarantee if I could of recorded our conversation she would of been fired. I can't get over how badly she treated me as If I interrupted her because I came close to 11pm which I also called to confirm I would be arriving late. The room smelled of Marijuana. I am so upset by the way I was treated I still just can't get over she spoke to a guest paying ALOT OF money this way. I planned on staying here for the month for business but after my reservation is up I will be going elsewhere!!! Please management you can reach out to me because like I said I will be calling corporate.. you will be horrified after I tell you of the way she spoke to me and I am an incredibly nice person I treat everyone super nice with respect just as I would like in return. She needs to find a job she enjoys so she will stop scaring off your long term guest. I don't even want to ask for towels while I am here because I do not want to run into her!!!
Oh I wanted to edit this just to say I have never had to call or complain to corporate on anything ever!! I just let things go so this should let you know the Severity of the way she treats your paying guest!!response / report this review -

Well, this hotel is in a great location. There's a McDonald's and a starbucks next door and a Target and alehouse across the street. They also have wifi and parking is great. Now Cons: Rugs are stained, chairs are stained, walls are dirty, chair for desk was ripped and stained, dresser was broken and chipped, microwave didn't have the plate inside, sheets weren't clean, they didn't have a turn down service so if you want clean towels you have to bring your dirty ones to the lobby and ask for clean ones. I guess you get what you pay for right? I would not stay here again. I will pay more money for a nicer place.
