This may be the most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Upon entering the elevator, I smelled marijuana smoke and alcohol. When I entered the room, my husband and I checked for bed bugs, and not only did we find some, but there were multiple red and brown stains on the mattress! We left immediately! This place should be burned to the ground! It should be rated as a negative 5!

This Extended Stay is one of the worst hotels I’ve stumbled upon in 28 years, all around the world. Not only is it 0.5 star quality, the prices are ridiculous given what you receive.

Our initial check in experience was wild. We arrived around 2:42p and the woman st the desk said we had to wait until 3p. Even though the man she was working with informed her another employee authorized people to check in early. Using the excuse that rooms weren’t clean, we accepted waiting until 3p. Once 3p hit, she tried to tell us the rooms were still not ready. We had to push just to get a room - which was magically ready.

Fast forward to the room around 10p. The bath towels are dirty, having hairs stuck in them and brown stains on them. I bring them to the desk and the guy on duty says he’ll bring some up. He didn’t. Maybe it’s the fact that he’s not in any sort of uniform and has headphones in his ear? The TV has ads slow in from the left every minute or so. But at least there’s breakfast.

No, there’s no breakfast. The ‘breakfast’ is oatmeal packs and coffee. No fruit, no bowls for oatmeal, no orange juice, nothing else. ‘Breakfast’ could cost you $0.50 at McDonalds.

I couldn’t be more flabbergasted at the state of this hotel. Absolutely avoid this sad representation of North Carolina.

Restaurants near by and 5 minutes from the airport.. so location was great. You can tell the rooms were nice at one time, but blanket had holes and stains and 2 of the 4 lamps didn't turn on in the room. Also, the sprinkler in the ceiling was dangling which is concerning. For the price, it was a good deal. Bed was comfy and spacious room.

This used to be a nice place to stay. Recently , there has been issues with things such as lack of things like towels, toilet tissue, and staff not controlling noise and people always roaming the halls and parking lots. For what I pay to stay there , breakfast should be something that is offered but even the options they do offer are rarely available. The lady who is manager at that location along with the one up the street is rude and very snobby. Her hair and nails are more of a priority than the guests and being in a position such as GM , you would think they would hire someone a little more personable. I was asked to check out one time because my credit card was not working and my friend was going to pay for my room with her card and I give her the cash. The GM said that was fraudulent activity having my friend use her card to pay for my room even tho myself along with my friend were together upfront. It wasn't like I stole the card and used it without her permission. I personally think Extended Stay has turned into another cheap nasty hotel and will not be staying there anymore. Do'ne be surprised if you run out of toilet tissue and are told you will have to go to the store and purchase your own.

Modern suites, no dishwasher, no oven, but nice staff and clean rooms.

The rooms are clean but the stairwells usually smell and have old trash in them. I have seen several police cars in front of the hotel during various times of the day. Safety of the guests could be a concern.

When I checked in they gave me a key to a room that was not cleaned. Went back to the front desk and they gave me another room, which was a little better than the first room. Returning to the room the next day only to be inforned the room is not cleaned daily. The bed was coming apart, there was trash under the bed. No came by with fresh towels or concerned if I needed fresh towels. The front counter was more concerned about making her hair appointment while she should have been more attentive to the guests entering the building. The exercise room was located in a storage room where cleansing and other supplies are stored. The laundry room had trash on the floor where the venting machines are also located. The worst experience while on my travel. Never again!

The staff from the front counter to the management is very rude, and petty and should all be fired. Especially the manager who has a very nasty arrogant attitude and has like no concern for the guests (especially once they steal your deposit). And the hotel has hair in the shower and smells like smoke. I kept a nearly spotless room. And the front desk guy told me that he would have to keep my deposit because the room smelled smokey. I had to personally clean the room. I found hair on the bathroom wall. There were also sockets that were exposed. I wouldn't recommend Extended Stay to anyone. But if you don't mind getting treated like crap by staff and your trash checked for anything related to smoking, then your deposit money stolen when the room already smells like smoke, then this is the place.
