Clean, neat, well kept. But it Initially smelled like smoke when we got in the room. It was a non smoking room.

Very inexpensive which was a deciding factor for my stay, was having two surgeries performed in as many days and the objective was to have a comfortable place for the three days I was in town without further breaking the bank. Location was great , ideal since it was 12 mins from UNC Hospital, online pictures looked good, reviews were fairly decent Amenities left a lot to be desired, No breakfast only coffee (24/7) , "open" wifi (you will need to insure you have internet security on your devices), no iron or ironing board, all things considered, I realized you typically get what you pay for when it comes to hotel rooms (at least that's been my experience) so I didn't have high expectations going in, but they have a "critter" issue they have to address, until then I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The office staff was professional and excellent. My room was nice but wasn't as clean as I have previously found their rooms to be. The location of this motel is very convenient. And their pricing is usually excellent for that area.

Decent room for a short stay. It is definitely updated. It's a non smoking place and I was pleasantly surprised that the room had no stale smoke smell. Double beds are not big enough for 2 people .pillows were nice beds were too soft. Desk staff was friendly.

Decent room, nothing fancy. I needed an inexpensive place to sleep for the night and this fit the bill! Very conveniently located to Durham and Chapel Hill. Would definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in town.

When I got there that night I saw some people who looked like young adults which made me think their going to have some sort of party tonight in the room above us. But in the end it was quiet. Nice place not a single smell of smoke anywhere. No noises creek here n there from the floor above but that was it.

A strong 1 star stay. Not quite 2 stars.This is my second time staying here. Last time, the towels we're not replaced. This time, new towels we're placed on the bed and the bed was not made. In fact, when I first checked in, I was assigned to another room that was so dirty that I requested another room. This new room is much better but it is still dirty. After being in the room for one hour warring only socks, I noticed that the bottom of my socks were filthy from the dirty floor in this room. Add the price gouging on top of that using Hurricane Irma as an excuse when all when it didn't even come close to here. This place really needs to clean up there act Literally!!!!!

Redefining weird smells in my life. Room was not clean. Left them 1 more star for the cheap price. I guess you do get what you paid for.

The room was clean and the ac worked very good. The beds were fine for a motel chain. Overall it was good for the price Ann would stay again if needed.

We got the best room available with a king bed and refrigerator which we needed. When we checked in the room was very warm and the refrigerator wasn't turned on and didn't get cool until about 12 hours after we had been in the room. If you pay for a room that has certain items they should be working when you arrive

For $59/night, I was pleased. upon my very late arrival the front desk clerk was very nice and inviting.. the room was modern and clean. Although the sink drained very slowly, and there's strangely no iron or board in the room, I'd stay here again.
