Nice room. Free WiFi only good for one device. Breakfast buffet is decent.

Old hotel badly in need of updates ro thir guest rooms. Shower caulking would come out every time I turned it on. No microwaves on room. Guest lobby microwave in desperate need of cleaning. I wouldn't stay at this location.

Very nice! Clean, breakfast is done well every morning. Housekeeping is good but they come around 4 pm when most people are home. I have had to send them away a couple of times already. I think if i asked for a early clean they would accommodate though. If you have to be away from home this is the place to do it.

I was here due to a house fire for about two weeks.This place is great. Booked the two bedroom that had a fireplace. The breakfast was huge and free every morning. They even had a few evening dinners during my stay. The pool was clean. Room service was on point. Cleaned properly , sheets and towels given as often as needed. Felt like a little two bedroom apartment. Close to shopping and restaurants. Gazebo and tables to sit at by the pool. Bags on the walking path to clean up after your pets. Full kitchen with dishes and pots and pans. Laundry on site. Would recommend

Very clean, very friendly, and very easy to walk across the parking lot to and from for concerts! The breakfast was tasty, the counters were kept clean and the food was replenished quicky. We will definitely stay again!!

My boyfriends comment is everything is perfect! I am going to add few more details walking distance from allstate arena and target,excellent customer service,clean,quiet,comfortable room it has a full kitchen with dishes and pots,shower was so relaxing alot of towels, extra blankets and pillows!

I had a nice stay here. My room smelled a bit funny, but they sent a cleaner up quickly to remedy the issue. The continental breakfast was awesome!

I only deliver stuff there, haven't stayed there. But it looks very nice. Workers with great personalities. Amenities are good. If you need a place to stay, this week would be a place for it

I like the kitchenette that it has. I feel like I'm at home when I'm not. I've been there twice in April and both times I had a problem with ants. They handled it well but couldn't get rid of them

Rooms were very comfortable - the bed and pillows are terrific! Every single staff person I encountered was very friendly - front desk, breakfast, housekeeping - everyone said good morning, have a good day, smiled, and just made us feel very comfortable. If we had a question about getting around, or food, they didn't just answer the question, they arranged food delivery, printed metro maps, etc. We had trouble finding seating for 4 one morning at breakfast; without us saying anything, a breakfast server said "are you looking for a place for 4?"we said yes, and she said she would get us a tableshe went to an adjacent conference room and came out a few minutes later and welcomed us to a table she had set up in that room - complete with a tablecloth on the conference table! Totally unnecessary, but consistent with our interactions. Went above and beyond with each interaction. We would highly recommend this hotel!

Overall quality and rooms are as per the Marriott standard. If you are looking for a convenient location than this is perfectly located near airport with few restaurants near by/ walking distant. The only reason I gave 3 star is because the breakfast area is very small, generally this place is packed all week and there is morning rush during winter when you cannot sit outside.

I enjoyed my stay at this facility. Contemporary and clean, very good breakfast that was including. The lady who took care of us at breakfast was really nice and considerate. The pool is outside so we didn't get to take advantage of that & I'm pretty sure online it's represented as indoor. The bed was very comfortable but not the pull out. I felt safe and comfortable in a modern setting. Didn't hear the airport or the All-State arena even though they're a stones throw away. They also had complimentary wifi, tea, coffee, cookies and a business center as well as fitness room. Very economical for all you get.

Check in experience is so important because it sets the pace for the type of stay you will have, I believe. I was told my room was quiet, clean, and easy to find. I received the opposite. I normally enjoy the Residence Inn experience but into the night the issues of Internet access problems and other issues arose. I did call and inform the front desk and they did make the effort to correct my concerns. I would try to stay again at a later date.
