Decent place for the price. Bed was free of bugs, refrigerator worked really well. Ron was clean, bathroom was a decent size. Couldn't use the stove, there were no plates, or silverware as advertised. They did have a cork screw, phew.

Hotel check in is pretty swift. Cleanliness overall 4/5, breakfast very minimal with only 3 kinds of muffins, granola bars, onthego oatmeal & coffee/hot chocolate. Kitchen in every room but you need to ask front desk for any utensils. Many good restaurants nearby and a park across the street for families. Target is fairly close too as well as the expressway.

Booked my room 2 weeks in advance. Called a week before and spoke with someone at the front desk to specify I needed a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower 2 beds 1 for my husband and I and the other for my son who is on a motorized wheelchair.
I get to the hotel and it wasn’t even indicated that I asked for a wheelchair accessible room. Depeche was very nice and gave me a 2 bedroom handicap room but told me I could only have it for 2 nights(I booked for 6) and that I would have to move to a 1 bed room accessible room. How does that even work? I asked for the manager to call me. She never did. Meanwhile I spent my day taking care of my home that is getting renovated. I checked all over for another hotel and finally found a holiday inn express that had an accessible room for me. I checked out( I’ll admit it was 5 pm). Never heard from the manager but they wanted me to pay for the second night. If anything , for all the inconvenience they should come the night. The room was filthy I had to plug several things in and the beds were very hard.

This has to be the worst hotel bed I have ever slept on. It feels like a piece of sheet metal with a sheet on it. If you have any degree of back problems you will be in complete agony. I am contacting corporate for a refundit is impossible to get a good nights sleep here. As you can see from the pictures, the mattress isn't even thicker than the length of my hand. There appears to be some kind of thin horse blanket under the sheets to simulate extra paddinghuge fail. Avoid at all costs.

We were given a handicap room and it was so small and it was evidently were the employees went to smokeseriously right outside of our window. OMG during breakfast one of the guest literally had to have the kitchen put out fresh food because the first batch was nasty.

Great hotel. Every thing else was decent. Clean room. Wonderful front desk staff. Just the AC location is a bit odd. It's right pointed at the bed and neatly froze my arm.

Due to my career, I spend over 200 nights a year in hotels all across the country. I have been staying at this Extended Stay for 3 months and I can say with 100% confidence that this location has the best customer service and most genuine employees of any hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are recently renovated and very clean. The location couldn't be better - several restaurants within a couple block radius, within walking distance of the All State Arena, and a 10 minute drive to the O'hare Airport. The employees and managers (Amanda and Theresa) truly make this a home away from home!

Clean, affordable for long stay, they all have kitchens which is really nice and spacious updated rooms. I enjoyed my stay. Just sign up for their rewards or app and it will help you save or collect towards another night later on. But area is safe, lot of parking, friendly staff, and they offer shuttles to ohare.

Checking in took far longer than necessary, no sheets on the bed when I checked in, loud property. Definitely a skipper.

Rooms are good. Shuttle bus to airport and back very limited.. shuts down between 10pm to 5 am . Only once every hour

At the time this review was written , the property had been recently renovated. My impressions of this hotel were that the management took pride in the property and did a good job keeping it clean and safe. I felt that the staff was excellent, and did a great job. I would recommend this location to others.

I was given at first an unclean room that was a complete mess. They changed me to another room right away. The breakfast is a joke, with just some mediocre cereal bars and machine coffee. Another partner I traveled with had bedbugs in his bed, and in another room from another partner had the wall beside the shower completely broken, exposing live-wires. The cleaning of the hotel is quite questionable, and as you'll be able to read in another comments, the entire hotel has a strange disgusting smell, that is much stronger in the halls. The gym is a joke, it just has a running treadmill and an elliptic machine. With my partners we ordered some stuff to be delivered to the hotel and the staff lost two packages. When approached to talk about this and they wouldn't offer any solution or propose some course of action in order to solve the problem, and we've talked with seeveral people from the staff.

I certainly wouldn't stay in this hotel again.
