The nicest hotel I've been able to stay in for a while. My girlfriend and I are incredibly impressed with the amenities, the quality of available food, and the service was excellent! Thank you David and everyone for an excellent stay!

Great place to stay! Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, convenient location. Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are traveling by car.

This Hyatt was very accommodating for our family. They were able to place is in two adjoining rooms, which was perfect. Beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was nice (best eggs I've had at a hotel breakfast bar).

My husband and I chose the Hyatt Itasca for our guests to stay the weekend of our wedding (Oct. 8, 2017). While they were busy with a kids' soccer tournament, they were still accommodating and were quick to assist and adjust to fit our needs. The rooms were large and clean, and I would definitely stay here again.

Very sleek in design and clean. They have their kitchen and menu open for late night options along with a "bar"area and seating for meals.
Their rooms are efficiently designed but the bathrooms are a tight squeeze when you enter and leave.
Breakfast was satisfying with a variety of items like scrambled eggs, Parmesan potatoes, oatmeal, waffles or french toast, sausages and boxed cereal.
Their front staff was always friendly and their housekeeping team was prompt and friendly. I would love to come back to this location.response / report this review -

Location was pretty easy to get to, lots of construction nearby and in Chicago happening. Room was very clean and had lots of space plus the walk in glass shower was very nice! Complimentary breakfast was delicious but would recommend the hotel looks into a different coffee flavor, it wasn't the greatest tasting. I would definitely stay there again!

beautiful rooms and friendly staff and convenient pricing. The Breakfast is OK, but I miss hot milk. Hot milk is most likely a German thing and you have a microwave. I also like to mention the outstanding shuttle service.

Had a nice stay. The room was a lot nicer than I had expected. Wish I had stayed longer. The parking and breakfast was free which was refreshing after spending two nights in downtown Chicago. The breakfast was a bit lighter than I had expected but I didn't come down. Until the end and my husband told me there had been more options earlier. I will definitely look into Hyatt Place for future stays.

Excellent buffet! Bed was a bit stiff, but the overall luxury of the room made up for it. Nice, huge shower. Excellent hotel, will stay again!

Love😍💕 this place, first time ever here and it was fantastic the staff was very nice and helpful, nice clean swimming pool🏊 hotel🏨 rooms clean and spacious and the prices are very reasonable. free breakfast every morning I'm definitely coming back and recommending this hotel 10 🌟stars if I could 🖒🖒🖒🖒

Location was good. Plenty of eating options around the area. We went to a birthday gathering at Topgolf. The king room was nice and spacious. Had an actual sitting area separate from sleeping area. Liked that it had a walk in shower vs the typical tub. Another family member had the double bed room and set up is the same with the exception that they had a tub. So I'm guessing walk in shower vs tub depends on each room. Room was clean. Didn't get a chance to use the pool. Staff was nice and very customer friendly. Gave us basic info in what's around the area and fun things to do. Bar and free breakfast was typical.

Pretty decent breakfast, great bed. Unfortunately there was black mold in our shower and sticky floors in bathroom. Very limited amount of shower products provided. Front desk was friendly and accommodating.

Great location, not far from Woodfield Mall or my friends place.who we visited. Rooms were super clean and very nice. Food from the bar was awesome, rhe complimentary breakfast was great. Coffee was good. Service was amazing as well. Had a really good time.
