I have stayed in most all of the major hotels across the country for 20 plus years; probably 30 days per year. This hotel was the best managed hotel over all others no matter what level of cost!

The cleaning staff deserves the highest regard as my room was always perfectly set up and cleaned. I don't often leave a tip but I did. Please keep up your fine work; your pride in your positions is obvious!

The breakfast area was clean and organized; food was fresh and ample.

I will recommend friends and family to stay at your location. You are way above average for all Comfort Inns and all competition!

First thing the room was entirely way too hot when we arrived. Yes it's winter but it was very uncomfortable. We had a king bed room. AC would hardly work and would only stay on for maybe 3 min before it shut off. Had to turn the heat on, then the AC to keep it running and it was getting ridiculous. The table in front of the AC unit may be tricking the thermostat to thinking it's cool in the room, while it was not what so ever. Water was concerning, very foggy but it eventually settled. Chicago city water for you. Rooms however were nice, staff was very friendly but the AC and water issues got to us.

I was there for a convention - the hotel shuttle was extremely convenient and the staff was extremely friendly and personable. They really went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The same can be said about the front desk and the housekeeping staff as well. The rooms were clean and if anything was missing we would have it within 10 minutes. Pretty average breakfast but it's free ;)

Room was great! King suite was very spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly, and very helpful. The location is alright, lots of places to eat around, and two shopping centers that are about 10 minutes away. I'd definitely stay here again.

Good hotel and rapid service. Older style lobby furnishings. Free airport shuttle service to and from. The staff was very accommodating both with early morning and late night service. When I arrived well in advance of check in, they offered to accommodate within their capacity and was genuinely interested in my comfort in the interim. If I'm in the area again, I'll happily consider visiting again.

We had to stay at the Comfort Inn due to fight delay. It is by far the worst experience we had staying at any hotel. The check in clerk was unprofessional and emotionally unstable. She did not great us, nor did she treat us with any respect. She referred to me as "whom ever this is" by looking at our reservation provided by AA airline. When I questioned why she wouldn't address me by name, she said that she can't pronounce it. It is to my disbelief that she reasoned for her bad service for "I had a tough day too", and, she yelled at us, the stranded and stressed travelers for being rude. This is beyond unpleasant and simply insulting. I am an Asian American and I hate to say that this is racially motivated, but one can't help but wonder. We will never stay here again.

I stayed here with my boyfriend after the Ed Sheeran concert at the Allstate Arena and it was perfect! Reasonable pricing for a one night stay and was just enough room for the two of us! We had a good night here, celery nice hotel! The free breakfast was good too :)

We love this hotel. We have stayed here for the last 3 years for a convention, and we plan to return every year and can't imagine staying anywhere else. The staff is so friendly, and the hotel is the cleanest I have ever seen. The white tile floors in the lobby are always immaculate and the room is cozy and spotless.

Really enjoyed my stay here while in the city for a Tool concert at the Horizonoops Allstate Arena. Clean rooms, pleasant staff,quiet indoor hallways and an affordable rate. A great choice if you're here for a concert - they provide a free shuttle to and from the Arena too which is a great service.

The check in process went smoothly - it didn't take long, the staff were friendly, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were nice, though slightly dark even with all the lights on. But that wasn't really a big inconvenience. A nearby restaurant was able to deliver directly to our room, so after traveling for close to 24 hours, it felt like a luxury. The complimentary breakfast was really nice to have access to, as it was convenient and overall a great deal! Lastly, their shuttle service to and from the airport was also a really nice service provided by the hotel, and it was nice to be only about 15 minutes away from the airport.

Room was clean, staff was nice, free shuttle to and from airport at any time of the day, which was great because we used the blue line train transportation at the airport and that made is so much easier to get to and from the hotel. Comfortable beds, free breakfast. Most def. worth the price.

Thank you to the wonderfully kind staff at this hotel, but especially to Stephanie Thomas, who was so sweet and helpful when we were basically stranded in Chicago!!!!
The hotel is very clean, nicely appointed, yummy breakfast and the room was spacious with an amazingly comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again!

This hotel is very clean and affordable. Free breakfast (waggles, eggs, cereal, fruit) is great, yet I do wish there were more "healthy" options but for free I can't complain. The gym is equipped with almost everything you need for a basic routine. Only criticism I have is that there are no sanitizing wipes for equipment. I'll always consider staying here when going to an event in the OHare area.

I went to a concert nearby and the hotel provided free shuttling. Even after I missed one of the pickup time they still made an unscheduled trip to pick me up. The hotel looked very nice and has clearly been recently renovated! The staff also helped us find alternate and cheaper routes of transportation to get to the places we needed! Breakfast also featured vegetarian friendly foods! Also there is some counters pace in the bathroom but not enough for two people to do makeup at the same time (or that is how my room was)

Close to the airport. We go there for park/sleep/fly. The shuttle is on time and it's a very quick ride to the airport. We called around midnight from the international arrivals area and it was there within 10 minutes. The only thing I'd recommend is that you stop for dinner on your way in, there's really only one place that's walkable for food.

Yes, its an older property, but the rooms were clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and nice. Definitely recommend for use as parking and overnight stay for O'Hare.
