I have traveled 2 weeks out of every month for ten years and stayed at many hotels. The front desk staff is by far the worst I have ever encountered. One after the other clearly didnt know anything about hospitality and were into themselves than customer service. The restaurant and bar was no better. The bartender kept walking away to be on his cell phone and stood out as well as unprofessional as the rest. Total reflection of the lack of management. Any other local hotel would be a better choice. Stay away.

I always have enjoyed staying here over the last 10 years and hope to many years to come. I stay here when I come to town on business every few months. The staff does everything possible to make my stay as good as it can be.

Very nice 3-4 story lobby with restaurant and bar in an open setting. I was very impressed! The desk staff was very helpful and professional and the wait staff at the restaraunt was great! The room is appointed just fine, but a comfortable bed, and clean. I am glad to stay here.

Feels overpriced for the quality of the room we received. Hair dryer was broken when we arrived and not much space in general. Lack of a complementary breakfast included with these rates are unacceptable as well, overpriced and you'll be expected to tip.

Check in at front deck was a little bumpy but after that it was all good. It’s a super clean hotel with a wonderful staff and a awesome pool for the kiddos. It’s in a great location and if your flying out of ORD they have shuttle. The breakfast package is well worth it and make sure you download the app. Not only do you get points but there digital key is great. Definitely will be back.

Very nice lobby. Friendly staff. Free parking. Room was nice and clean. Bed was comfortable. Rate was reasonable. Highly recommended!

This is a very convenient location near O'Hare Airport. Breakfast and dinner are high quality and service is wonderful. The staff goes out of their way to greet you and make you feel taken care of.

One of the best group of employees I have ever meteach one of them. Second time here this year. Nancy is the restaurant was outstanding! I mean really polite and attentive! Must have good management that actually takes the time to properly train their staff. This is a rearity in the hospitality industry today.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We chose the hotel based on convenient location and the kid friendly pool, and we weren't disappointed. Our young children had a ball in both the wading pool and the big pool. The fact that they had balls and foam noodles was an added bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. I stay there for work and am always greeted pleasantly and some remember my name, even if it is a long time between visits.

Nice hotel near O'Hare with free shuttle service every 20 minutes. Full cook to order breakfast available for $10. I did appreciate the office chair and desk in my room.

Great service and staff was very helpful. We had a large group and they went over and beyond to make our stay a great experience. Very nice breakfast and the kids loved the pool. Everyone in our group comment on staying again next year when we go back for another baseball tournament.

Pretty nice hotel for family gatherings or if you are in town on business. Barely convenient access to the interstate. Decent pool will the small kiddie area. Restaurant and bar with nice choices and not terribly expensive.
