This is our 2 nd year having our Christmas party. Everyone here was very friendly pilat hiding treated you like you were family that's why we stay here. The close proximity to Big River Grill that's where we like to eat and we love us some downtown Chattanooga. Leadership Chattanooga is really outstanding!!!

Convenient and within walking distance of the downtown sights. Quiet overall, even with small children staying next store I could not hear them until they passed by in the hallway. The front desk and food service staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay again. I think if there was only one negative it would be the tiny area to park when checking in. There is not much room for multiple people to be checking in and moving their luggage from their vehicles before parking across a small backstreet. Luckily, I'm a light packer and just threw my backpack on and brought it with me after I permanently parked my vehicle, so that is just a note for people who have heavy luggage and plan to stay during a busy time.

Come once a year. Our daughter's love the breakfast, dinner and indoor pool. Great location next to the adventure museum and 3-4 blocks from the TN aquarium. Staff is great.

I use the 5 C's when reviewing a hotel: clean, comfortable, cost, contemporary (up to date), and convenient (good location.) This HGI passes with 5 stars in all categories! Plus it's quiet from road noise and other rooms. We've stayed at the Hampton and DoubleTree in Chattanooga, and this is the best for a great night's sleep.

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for 4 nights. We had a standard room on the fifth floor. The room was great. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is small, but fit our needs perfectly. We used the pool once. The pool water was WAY to cold. The hot tub was nice though. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a great place to stay. It is very clean and the staff is very nice and informative. The breakfast is wonderful the chef makes a great omelette. At the advice from Joseph my waiter, he suggested the omelette all the way. He was so gracious and helpful to me during my stay. Please askl to see Joseph when you go down for breakfast. Lisa in the bar area was very kind and her service was over the top. This hotel has a nice premium selection of alcohol in the bar area. The hotel is a close walk to other dining options if you so choose to leave the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Chattanooga TN.

Everything was absolutely perfect. Jordan at the front desk was wonderful every time we saw him throughout our stay. And Lisa is an absolute gem. She was so sweet and was just great. I rarely give reviews, especially about more than one person, but both of them deserve a raise.

Couldn't ask for a better experience for the money. AMAZING location in the middle of everything. Great friendly and helpful staff. The building and rooms are well kept. Special shout out to Jordan at the front desk who answered our 8 million questions during our 3 nights and always greeted us with a smile.

Great hotel in nice area of downtown Chattanooga. Right next to baseball field so that can add extra vehicle and foot traffic. Room was clean and came with all the expected amenities. Polite staff. Parking was limited.

Modern rooms, friendly staff. Parking leaves something to be desired. We got lucky and got the last spot in the small lot. The room was smaller than I expected. They did not offer room service during breakfast/lunch hours which is not what I expect from a Hilton family hotel. The location is convenient to the aquarium and several great restaurants.
