The heat doesn't work! Here with my mom and we changed rooms 3 times!!! The heat didn't work in any of the 3. I refused to have my mom suffer so we went to another hotel. I gave 2 stars bc of the staff. They really tried but it just sucked that its winter and staying somewhere with no heat. The rooms are decent with the new paint and art work. If your going to stay, do it during the summer and if you stay during the winter good luck with the heat working.

BEDBUGS in room 146. We always do a room check before bringing our clothes in. BEDBUGS in the bed near door. Live ones. Stained bedspreads. They did give us a refund. Going to find a cleaner, better suited motel for our visit.

I have to be honest, this was one of the nicest, hotels we've been to in a while. Headed to GA. And stayed here for the night. The rooms were nicely renovated and everything went smooth. I honestly think that this will be pur stop to and from GA, every time we travel late. Staff was friendly and gives military /government discount. Overall great experience.!!👍👍

You couldn't pay me to stay there again. The rooms smelled musty. After switching rooms, twice, we gave up and dealt with the smell. There was still trash in the bathroom fron a previous guest as well as a large snotty/booger stuck to the back of the bathroom door. The beds were very hard and the pillows thin and hard. Never again

Stayed here for a night and have never had a smoother walk in experience. Staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms have been updated recently and represent what I would consider the bench mark for 3 star hotels. Conveniently located no more than 20 mins from anything you could want (ten minutes for the places I needed) it would be a challenge to find a better pet friendly hotel in the area.

Older hotel. Smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. Carpet was thin and torn in many spots. Floors were dirty. Bed was clean and somewhat comfy otherwise we would have left.

The staff were very nice and the pool was fun, but the room left a lot to be desired. The door lock had been installed incorrectly, so I had to struggle to open it every time. The toilet rocked back and forth. There were not enough towels for the four of us staying in the room. There were noisy guests keeping us up until very late. The breakfast was sparse, the cinnamon rolls were very dry, and the coffee was bad. My kids still had a great time, and the staff were super friendly, so for the price it was not bad.

There were about 10 flies we had to kill before we head to bed. It wasn't awful. The bed was nicley made. Not dirty.

I left a Kindle Fire at this motel and I have called at least 7 times for it. I have been told numerous times that the person answering the phone is just front desk. Isn't this where lost item get turned in? The closest I came to resolving this issue is the 1st shift front desk girl took my number and she said she would call me back after she spoke with housekeeping. I never got a call back. I can only assume that the person that found it kept it for themselves.

Got the king sized room. Room was better than expected for the rating it has. One roach did show up in the morning but other than that the room served it's purpose. Will be back to stay next time I'm in the area

Got in pretty late and had a reservation, but was told there were no more rooms and after some explaining I finally got my room back. Then had trouble with the door handle due to awkward twisting gesture. Very surprised to see how well furnished the room was and it was very homey. Had my key deactivated when I got back to room later that day even though I had the room for 3 days. Got it reactivated and it's all good now. Service seems very genuine and family run, but service could be a bit more professional.
