Honestly my worst hotel stay bye far ,and I stay in Hotels often water in the room was cold after two showers. House keeping continuously walked in our room after we told them we didn’t need anything, and had a late checkout. They lied to Us saying they would give us the night for free because of our troubles ,but when we checked out we were charged. The. When we tried contacting the property manager. We were told she would call but we never received a phone call. Won’t be staying at Residence inn near Marriott anymore!
Room was a bit dated, but clean. Took 30 extra minutes to check in because they didn't get all the necessary info from my employer when the reservation was made. I also had to go to the front desk and request a roll of toilet paper because the cleaning crew never refilled it. It's an acceptable hotel, but not impressive.
I stayed in a lot of places but this one blew me away. The room was clean spotless, very comfortable. The FREE breakfast was awesome the staff is friendly attentive and is reasonably priced
very comfortable suite. 2 bedroom, living area and full kitchen. hot breakfast. professional and friendly staff. Quiet and clean.
This motel is very outdated and in desperate need of an overhaul. I'm really surprised that Marriott has it's name a place that is struggling so much. When I first walked into the lobby, it spelled like there was a sewer leak. Every single thing (aside from the hairdryer) were old and worn out. The bed was uncomfortable, and my husband and I woke up multiple times throughout the night sore. The one redeeming characteristic of the Residence Inn was the staff (Megan specifically). She was so friendly and helpful. I asked for a bigger space because we had a baby and she quickly accommodated my request. She was willing to do whatever it took to help and I really appreciate that! Megan and the other staff I encountered were great. I just think this hotel either needs to be totally renovated or rated a 2 star versus a 3 star (Priceline was not accurate in their rating). It wasn't worth the $96 we spent and I wouldn't stay here again at that price.
Old and out dated. Staff especially manager was rude. Had to switch rooms because 1st room had no hot water. Breakfast was always at least 30 minutes late. Didn't have mixer as advertised. Fitness center is a basketball court only. I do NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
Our family stayed here and the staff were very friendly. The front desk had called our room to make sure everything was good. I'd thought that was very nice.
Nice hotel. We really liked the two bedroom layout. Good price and convenient location. Plenty of available parking. The hotel is a bit older, but the rooms were still nice and was perfect for what we needed.
It's a great place to keep multiple people comfortably and not feel like your crammed on a hotel room
Very nice rooms with pretty good complementary breakfast and dinner. They also have a pool and a small gym. Very great customer service
Could use more parking but everything else was great. Friendly staff. Rooms clean. Breakfast was great.
Nice suite for the price ($108 after taxes). It doesn't look as dated as I expected from some of the other pics I saw. Clean & quiet & the rm was very close to our car like 5 steps away! The front desk person was kind. The fireplace was a nice bonus but it left the rm a bit smokey, so next time we won't light it. Enjoyed it. The "residence" inn is a great name because it feels very homely.
I love to travel, especially with my precious doggy. This hotel for a decent upcharge will let you bring your precious one with you. A clean, comfortable room that felt like home with a kitchen area merged with a small living room and bedroom with a nice bathroom. Wish I wasn't going someplace or I would have stayed longer. Only drawback is the doggy potty area out back could use some improvement.
