Very peaceful, quiet. Hotel staff is very helpful, the ideal blend of polite and professional. Health-conscious complimentary breakfast. Good place to spend a weekend.

Rooms were well furnished, double bed room had two queens and a pull out sofa. TV was mounted on a swivel and had a input switcher on the wall, which had all the common inputs for a TV, including component input, although the TV did not have the other end of the component cables plugged in as there was no input for them on the TV. The room was of modern design, had a mini fridge, and the bathroom sink was outside the bathroom itself so it could be used while the bathroom was occupied.

Nice and quiet hotel in the airport area. There are not a lot of food options within walking distance with exception of Jock and Jill's that shares a parking lot with the hotel. The free breakfast is good with eggs, breakfast meat, toast, cereal and oatmeal.
The room was neat and clean. The beds were adequate and the pillows were extra soft. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and lounge sofa/sleeper. The rooms were quiet and not a lot of distractions although they were remodeling.
Overall this was a good deal on a room.response / report this review -

Stayed in room 210. I would have given it a 5 except the mattress really was worn out and saggy. The employees were all fantastic, very courteous and went out of their ways to be kind. The breakfast was great. Loved that there is a Starbucks and a snack bar in the hotel. Jock and jills across the parking lot is a good place for dinner and/or drinks.

Quant lobby area. The front desk was friendly upon check in &the staff was also during our stay. I like the large rooms.
A partition dividing the sleeping area from sitting area. The large sectional sofa, wet bar with refrigerator and desk was a nice amenity. The swivel flat screen TV made it possible to watch in bed or in sitting area. Though the sink, mirror and small vanity was outside the bathroom, the bathroom was smallonly large enough to hold a toilet & bathtub/shower.
The small buffet breakfast offered was a good, get your day started meal. Your choice of eggs, breakfast meat, oatmeal, breads, cereal, yogurt, fruit , coffee, tea, juices & milk.
I would return to this hotel on next visit to Charlotte.response / report this review -

Definitely need improvement changes. Had to ask if my room was going to be cleaned in the afternoon. Only to come back to this dirty pillow on my bed! Disgusting!
Stains on the carpet too.
Everything else is ok at best.
Spoke with management and apparently you're supposed to ask to have your sheets changed if you're staying more than one night. They told me guests don't like having their sheets changed everyday. Have never heard such a thing. I'm a paying guest and would expect my sheets to be changed daily!response / report this review -

Hotel in a very nice quiet area. Staff is super pleasant and attentive. They were quick to fix the heating and cooling system in our room.
I give this hotel a three bases on cleanliness. Carpeting in the halls and rooms were highly stained. The elevators appeared to have something splattered all on the interior walls and doors.
The closets are very very small. It has one sliding door which means the u have use one arm to reach into the closet to retrieve your clothes. For a room that sleeps four, if all of us used the closet (which we tried) you will have to take clothes out to reach those in the far back.
The beds are not the standard queen doubles you find in most room. They were a little smaller than the average full size bed. My brother is 6'3" 267lbs. He and his wife were tight!
But the hospitality was so nice we overlooked all the other things.response / report this review -

I give it five stars because at a reasonable rate they wowed me with everything from the clean white linen to the hot breakfast that never ran out! Jamal the breakfast attendee was nice and the housekeepers actually smiles and was polite. I recommend this place and I will return to stay again the next time I want to visit Charlotte NC

Great Hotel relatively close to the airport the rooms are all Suites free breakfast 24-hour food options that are both good and affordable in addition there is a good sports bar/restaurant in the same parking lot. Free airport shuttle. comfortable beds.

Great service at a very reasonable price. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Staff were friendly and prompt. The hotel is an easy 10-15 minute drive to Charlotte, NC.

This was the nicest Hampton! The outside looked like a Hampton which was helpful, but once inside the interior was very different from all the other Hamptons I've been to and the rooms were very nice. Great area too - lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Not too far from the airport either!
