Very friendly staff who were helpful and efficient. Mr. Thomas drove us to and from the airport and he was such a delight to speak to. He also came up to bring us pillows later that night. The room was spotless and the breakfast was pretty good. We felt completely pampered at this Hampton! Kudos to the staff!

We had a really good experience at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean. I absolutely love the pillows that they use on the beds. We would definitely stay there again.

I would give less than single start if possible. Highly dishonest hotel. I am a Hilton diamond member with a two room reservation which they cancelled upon my arrival citing credit card being declined as the reason for cancellation. I was stranded in a strange city at 1.00 AM in a cold winter morning with no place to go. What this scam hotel does is if they get a reservation which is priced more than what you have booked for they will cancel your reservation and sell your room to the higher priced offer. Of course they will say your credit card has declined when no charge has been made. Business travelers please stay away from this hotel , family travelling with children please stay away they will get you stranded

Excellent! The interior is well appointed, clean and exceptionally welcoming. We stayed here tonight before an early morning flight. I especially liked how the door to the room opened into its own "foyer" around the corner of the living space and not directly into the sleeping area! We will stay here again!

The Hampton Inn Brand is so reliable. And this hotel is 4 minutes from the Charlotte airport. So this was perfect for work travel and a comfortable stay. And the staff was very helpful. The hotel was at capacity for my stay, a wedding was the main reason, so a little louder than usual, but for a good reason. I will stay here again for Charlotte work.

Overall the staff has great hospitality. If you are looking to control costs you can prepay and ask for any incidental options to be removed as options. Hotel offers free WiFi, basic pool, basic gym with free weights, small basic breakfast, and managers mixer Mon - Thu evenings. We had a group of about 13. You will definitely need your car and there aren't any sort of walkable paths. Quiet rooms. A few noticed things like a bathroom door that didn't close or the luggage valet missing. Rooms had good open space, room for computer work, taller fridge and a microwave. Walmart and other places aren't very far away. Free airport shuttle.

I spent my Easter with my family at this hotel. there were fair accommodation given, we didn't plan to stay at the hotel for more than sleeping the nights anyway. I left my laptop plugged in to the outlet on the side of the bed; the narrow path was obstructed with luggage, clothing, and other crap I decided to bring with me on this trip. When we returned to the room after enjoying the beautiful state, and I was getting settled in for the night to do work, it was painfully obvious my laptop was stepped on during the changeover service. It is no longer usable. When I brought the issue to management, they suggested we weren't credible, made a poor decision, and they weren't willing to do anything. They specifically told us, "Take it up with corporate. There is nothing we will do. None of our employees would touch our customers' belongings." Clearly the action wasn't deliberate, but after the way we were treated, and after the snide remarks made by staff towards us as we were waiting to check out, The Hampton Inn hotel services will not have business in the future by my family, nor my esteemed peers and colleagues associated with Swarthmore College.

Nice facility, front desk guy was great. I had two small kids at check in and he joked with them about the long drive we just had. Rooms were clean and smelled pleasant. Large bathrooms. Only downside was the advertised hot tub was boarded up.

Stay at the Hampton Inn for an annual shopping trip to Charlotte. Very clean and accommodating overall, great staff who aim to please! Nice rooms, courtesy shuttle to nearby shopping and a great experience for a group of ladies! Have come for several years and plan for many more!

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing, liked the fact the room has a mini living room separated from room. Made our stay more enjoyable. Also, like snacks and kids area in the lobby.
