Close to the airport and easy access to the uptown area of Charlotte. Fitness center is SMALL, but sufficient. Breakfast is included and not too bad.

Bathrooms have a bit of mold. It's been updated though. Staff is friendly. Wasn't able to try the food so can't comment on that. Rooms are spacious suites with good sized kitchen and eat in area. Beds are on the softer side for me but I like firm beds. Overall very nice, up to its hotel class but nothing exceptional.

horrible stay. mold in the bathroom, and corner of bed room. tub wouldn't drain. felt dirty after a shower. made a noise as if water was leaking. hazardous hotel. We only stayed one night, next time we are spending more and staying somewhere else. save your money and health, stay else where

Nice rooms (suites) with kitchenette. Free breakfast and evening snacks + drinks (5-7pm). Gym is ok. Courteous staff. Free shuttle to airport and nearby shopping/restaurants.

I stayed four nights here while on business. This is truly a home away from home. Imagine a day of work, or travel and returning to a beer or glass of wine and a hot meal. Complimentary. Friendly helpful service. Rooms are like a suite with double doors closing off bedroom. GOOD blackout curtains and a super silent ceiling fan support a great sleep. Full kitchen. All in all a great stay.

We arrived after midnight and we were able to enter the back door with our digital card and check in swiftly. The room was nice and clean. Our smoke detector was malfunctioning but maintenance came out and fixed it immediately.

Enjoyed this suite. Was in town visiting family. Was with my son and my brother. The suite was fully furnished and I had my own bedroom, complete with a beautiful dressing area and bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful and suggesting spots to dine. The rooms and property were very nice. Breakfast was great and tasty. Rose, our housekeeper was extremely helpful. would stay again.

Had to relocate my family and can honestly say we were very satisfied with the hotel stepping up and making us feel welcome. Our gracious thanks to the GM and staff (especially the gentleman desk agent Tuesday that went over and beyond). Next time and hopefully not being displaced, we can stay here again.

Awful place to stay! Feels nothing like a home from the bored/scowling faces on the employees to the overall run down feel of the rooms and common areas. I had a month stay and switched as soon as I could to the Homewood Ayersly which is a much better location filled with friendly helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly. Front desk receptionist explained everything in great detail. The rooms were really clean. Rooms faced the pool. Rooms were cozy and comfortable.

All the staff was great. The shuttle drivers were very informative and it is very easy to get to and from the airport. The rooms are spacious and all the amenities werre very nice.

The staff is extremely helpful, the van is reasonably prompt, the breakfast and evening reception are excellent. (Though it can get crowded with children/families on the weekends). The WiFi isn't going to win any speed contests, but it's sufficient for normal use.
