Great hotel. Rooms were giant. Staff was uber helpful. Loved the location. Walking distance from the mall. And a short drive away from a lot of great restaurants. Who knew Charlotte had so much going on? Can't wait to come back to visit again. Whooooooo!!

Very old suites. Needs renovation. Also we had to keep asking for standard items like plates. They had no coffee cups, and after asking twice we got unusable plans. I'd give it a pass.

Rooms were nice. The internet was patchy at best. Food was ok, but seriously, serve some sweet tea please 😊 Hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Good location near restaurants and mall. Rooms spacious, clean, very comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff, clean comfortable room, and amazing water pressure one the best hotel showers I've had. Great location as well very short walk to several fine dinnings and large mall.

Pretty good stay, did have to change things once then was placed in a room near the elevator mechanic room. It was fine because it smelled like pesticides in the first room. He prepared to walk if you get a room here. This hotel it's like a maze.

Great pool! Quiet, spacious suite. Friendly staff. All good! Breakfast quality could be improved a bit. Staff is very friendly and professional, especially Braxton from front office stands out!

This hotel needs serious attention. The rooms are in severe need of refurbishment and could really use full remodel. Mattresses were worn and sagging. Toliet, shower and bathroom floors were gross. Corners, trim and grout were disgusting. Carpet is worn and dirty. Sliding door lock mechanism not closing securely and drywall around the lock was crumbling. Considered changing rooms due to security concerns but there was a security bar installed and engaged. Positives linens seemed clean, employees were responsive, lobby is nice.

We check into a room for a weeks stay. First room we found bedbugs in, after staying for four days. The staff was very nice and got us a room on a different floor. Overall nice stay.

Staff is nice, the room was excellent, bed was comfortable and everything was clean and the property itself is beautifully setup. I'd totally stay there again. Also, the cookies they give you are amazing!

Very friendly staff, clean lobby and restrooms. Was there to attend a work function during late morning. Parking could have been more convenient. Overall impressed with this hotel.
