The facility is a maze compared to most hotels. The staff, most of them comes off as rude. Their room keys hardly work. Expect to come back to the hotel and get a new "digital" key card because the one you have most likely won't work. I'm pretty sure you don't wan't to be here to have a relaxing visit.

This place is a great find. Used it as my home base while visiting my son at MIT. 10 minute drive away. I enjoyed the suites and location. Great breakfast, not just carbs. I appreciated that. Also has fitness center and pool and hot tub. I will definitely be back.

This hotel lives up to the usual high standards of any of the hotels under the Marriott flag, arguably the best managed hotel brand on the planet.

The room was comfortable and spacious, and came complete with a full size refrigerator, sink, and kitchenette in a two-room suite. We paid around $200.

Breakfast was fine, though it closed at 9AM, which is a bit early in my free breakfast travel experience. It has a nice gym and a small swimming pool indoors.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is across the street from a major shopping center with several fine dining venues and a movie theater.

Beware of the GPS coordinates. The GPS will tell you you're at the venue when you are still on the highway.

Great venue for groups as there is another Marriott branded Hotel immediately next door, it's so large wedding parties or convention groups could all be easily accommodated between the two hotels and guests could decide if they want the more upscale Residence Hotel or the more conventional Fairfield Hotel.

Very clean. Great staff. Welcomed us warmly. Good breakfast and social events. Roons gave us a chance to spread out. Close to shopping and commuter rail to Boston.

Large rooms with separate bedroom and most of a kitchen. No oven, which we thought it was supposed to have. Excellent otherwise. Good coffee in morning and friendly service. Close to train station.

Dropped off my brother at college. Only place in the area you can get a suite! Very comfy and good service. We lost a ring and called them. They amazingly managed to find the ring underneath the couch cushions! Thanks George!

Customer service was great. I stayed in room 205 which had a broken bathtub drain and the toilet didn't flush well. Aside from that it was a nice stay

Helpful staff, in a good location. Some of the items in the room we're broken, but were replaced immediately after reporting.

I urge you to please NOT stay at this location!!! Here’s why… after being brand loyal for decades, I had made "guaranteed reservations" for myself and my two children to travel to the area for a funeral. Upon arrival the General Manager, Alexander, refused us a room because I was going to pay for the room in cash and put a deposit for incidentals on debit. He told me I had to pay the entire bill on debit and my cash was no good at that point. He was rude and condescending and staring at my 16 year old daughter the entire time. An altogether gross and disappointing experience with Marriott. I asked him to call several other Marriott locations with whom I stay regularly and know the managers and do business with cash. They vouched for me when he called and told him they had a policy to accept cash for payment. Alexander still refused a room to me and my children at a very difficult time despite having ‘guaranteed reservations’. This was about forty-five minutes into the ordeal so I called the Marriott hotline number from the hotel lobby and spoke with a representative. She called the hotel general manager, Alexander, directly to reason with him. He told the representative that it was at his discretion and continued to refuse a room to me, my two year old and sixteen year old daughters. I asked her if she felt the GM was being inappropriate. She agreed and called him directly again to advocate. Alex, (again, this is the behavior of the General Manager!!) still refused to cooperate. The representative’s supervisor got involved and spoke with Alexander directly. He maintained that it was his discretion and refused us a room. The Supervisor apologized profusely and offered me 1000 Marriott Rewards points. Not at all what I envisioned being treated as a valued member from a company that has had my business for decades. I ended up having to leave and stay at an inconvenient location to the funeral that I was attending with my daughters.
