Clean and remodeled rooms, comfortable beds with very pleasant and helpful staff. Breakfast included was very good compared to typical cold or microwave food at other hotels chains.

This is a decent hotel, clean and well maintained. The parking lot was being top coated while I was there, so the front enterence was closed off, and it looked like the hotel wasn't open. There was only one lane open and a car was existing when I got there and I had to go down to the next street and turn around and come back so that the car exiting could get out. Further, there were no signs directing clients as where to go to get into the hotel to sign in. They had to leave the back door unlocked to allow people to get in, which made it seem less secure than normal. The breakfast had many options to choose from, including sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, bagels, etc. My only complaint here was the bacon was way over cooked and dry and hard, not crispy. Many of the slices were stuck together in clumps so that it was difficult to get just a couple of pieces. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This hotel is close to a highway and was a bit noisy at times. However, comfortable and clean room. Modern furnishings. Friendly service. Would stay again.

The Fairfield Inn Woburn was a very comfortable stay. The hotel is convenient to the city and makes it a quick trip to most points of interest. The staff was very friendly and helpful and check in was quick and easy. This hotel is very quiet, and with clean and comfortable rooms this made for a great nights sleep. The bathroom was great. I prefer when hotels opt for a great stand up shower as opposed to a tub. The complimentary breakfast was well stocked with hot and cold breakfast items. The lady refreshing the breakfast bar was really kind and offered to grab us a bag to take our food with us in the morning since we needed to hit the road quick. The best place to stay in the Boston area!

Rooms are well maintained. Breakfast is good. The gym seems pretty good as well. You get 24/7 free coffee and tea. Woborn mall is near by. Close to highway 93. Lots of parking space. No smoking rooms are available. And it seemed a busy hotel.

Nice hotel. Clean rooms. Micro-fridge with an actual small compartment for freezing ice packs. Friendly staff. The only issue is that the rooms are a little loud because you are right next to the highway. Slept with the fan on to help compensate for the noise. Overall nice room and cute desk area.

I checked in midday and was greeted professionally by the staff even had fresh popcorn offered to me next when I went to my room it smelled great everything was crisp and clean the rooms even have their own fridge and microwaves. I would definitely recommend staying there

Nice location, just of the highway. Rooms are nice size and clean. Service has beem helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable on questions asked.

The hotel rooms were nice but the bathroom had very little room between toilet and the door. Kinda felt like a closet. Also the elevator was very very slow and the free breakfast was super packed and crowded. we ended up having take our food up to our room.

The hotel was clean and comfortable as expected with a Marriott. The breakfast buffet is good too and included in the cost. However, the parking lot is difficult to get into, the location backs up to a busy highway and there is a lot of traffic noise on one side of the hotel.

Great hotel! Checked in online and my room was ready when we got there. Rooms were clean, smelled good, and a good temperature for resting. Pillows were plentiful, 5 per bed, and 2 were perfect for cuddling while I slept. Will definitely stay here again.
