Went here for an event, very cool place with lots of interesting decor and games in the lobby. Food served was excellent, tea service was nice.

Stopped in to Purple Thorn for a nightcap with friends. Personable staff and comfortable ambiance. Drink was good. Appetizer ("cheese curd and tomato fondue") was disappointing.

I came here for work, I had breakfast, my recommendation is to keep checking the food available for the buffet, don't let it run loc it looks stingy and the Crown plaza does not look stingy to me, at least that is the feel I get when I go in.
My waiter had awesome sense of humor OMG, HE is such an asset to this restaurant I hope they treat him well. (MOHAMMED )

I loved the bacon and I was able to get my Bailey's for my coffee.
4 stars because there is always room for improvement and Crown plaza owner should not get to confident 😎

Attended a professional event. Facilities were clean. Catered lunches were great. Weird, but cool retro commercials playing throughout lobby area.

Funky Boutique type Hotel. Easy to get to driving or by shuttle. Located across the street from the best Shopping Mall in the area. Walk to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts.

Not bad, comfortable enough. It has a decent bar with its own vibe. During a recent stay the hotel restaurant didn't seem to be open but you have the Natick Mall just across the road which has plenty of places to eat.

Service was good, bar was great, and rooms are pretty good. Overall had a good time. A little weird to me that there was no fridge in the room though.

I attended a social there. The lobby was beautiful. And the room we were was huge and very clean nice. The snacks provided were elequently displayed with staff attending to restocking and freshening up frequently. The bartended was also professional and attentive. Very nice place for functions.

Great place to stay. Front desk staff is great but I don't ask for too much. I'm pretty easy to please. Might be too simple or lacking in areas for experienced travellers. YMMV.

Nice room, clean, scentless, decoration is elegant. I love the pattern of the bathroom, it's convenient. The AC is old, and has occasional noises. There is a big LED TV on the middle of table, nice TV.

The food was good, but the service was not. Our waitress was nice, however she did not speak/understand English very well. Missed a drink order, and put the appetizers in to come with the meals even though we didn't request it. Food took 30 minutes for 6 people, though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Breakfast buffet for $14 was great. Lots of food!

My wife and I went to the bar for a few drinks before dinner, and I must say I liked the vibe. It was comfortable, and nice. The staff was friendly and welcoming. When we went over to the restaurant, we were the only ones there. I liked the food options, but didn't love the atmosphere.
