My stay was decent. Nothing to be overly excited about. Pool was functional and was at an adequate temperature. Staff was friendly and got me into my room very quickly. Nice stay.

We booked two nights because our power was out and they are dog friendly. The staff was accommodating, and the room was clean. Some of the clientele was a bit sketchy and concerning, however, that isn't the hotel's fault. They allowed me to cancel my second night and were great with us having the dog!

Thank you! Will use Red Roof Inn again!

We came to visit Boston but didn't want to pay the Boston price. The location is great. The room is clean and comfortable. They have an indoor pool and continental breakfast. The staff is always super helpful. Can't beat the price.

Walls are too thin. Needs sound proofing. I could hear every toilet flush on my floor. Nice place, but very bare bones. Regular pillows on a king size bed? Dunno what the plus is for, certainly not the breakfast or the tiny room they hold it in. My first time at a Red Roof and it wasn't any better than some Days Inn I've been to. But it was clean and tidy, so only 3 stars.

Definitely a contender for "worst night sleep in an actual bed ever".
We asked to move room so we weren't disturbed by the road noise but ended up on the other side of the building next to some kind of generator.
The only carpet area in the room smelled of wet dog or maybe wee (didn't want to get any closer to find out).
At 23:45 the "elephant" upstairs decided they were going to run a bath, followed by the person in the next room. There was also a baby screaming at this time.
May have been better if I'd bought my ear plugs but I forgot.

Beautiful clean room. No bugs and clean sheets were nice. Breakfast in the morning was exactly what I expected. Traffic getting in really sucked. Boston traffic is not fun. Check in was nice and easy

Very clean and very pet friendly and welcoming. Rooms are nicely appointed, appliances are new and well maintained. Lots of parking, quick and easy check-in. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Simple continental breakfast. This place is convenient and practical, not fancy and frilly!! Good experience!!

Arrived at the hotel at 4:30, a full hour and a half past the start of check in. When we got to the room, it was still being cleaned. The vending machines weren't stocked with any water and wouldn't even take our cards. Breakfast also left a lot to be desired. Other than that, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were nice.

Nicely covered and welcomed upon arrival. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The area/ other guests were not exactly the most professional as there were a lot of younger ones in and about

This was a great place to stay with our puppy! The pool is heated and very large. The rooms were very clean and the beds were actually very comfortable! We stayed on the top floor and didn't have a problem with noise. It was also really nice that each room had a mini fridge and microwave. The hotel is in a great location with lots of food and shopping nearby. Also it's only about 25 minutes from Boston!

I believe my room had bed bugs. I was bitten more than once. I also seen The maid only reversed sheets instead of changing them. I asked the front desk to call a cab service, a clunker van arrived with no meter, car had bad odor door did not work . I went from Red roof to TD Garden and he charged me $60.00 . I found that the ride should have been around $22.00. I believe the driver was a relative of someone at red roof. The staff were not at all welcoming. For the money I spent was not happy with my stay. This is my first bad review I have ever given. I felt cheated

Very well located, decent hotel. Not extremely well maintained as such but definitely not very troubling. It does have a heated swimming pool and there is free coffee 24x7. Breakfast is rather limited on choice (muffins, boiled eggs and while we were here the pancake machine wasn't working). A good hotel for the price, especially if you are looking at a few extra days of accommodation (which would make some other hotels rather expensive).
