The rooms were great and the bed was amazing. There was no shuttle to the airport so I had to take an Uber. The Breakfast in bed option was very nice and the food was good. There was a leak in the shower that I told the front staff on check out. It was annoying but it didn't prevent me from getting a shower. The soaps they gave we're and the bathroom was spacious. The towels were coarse but clean. The rest of the building looked great.
I am visiting on business and have a room with a balcony overlooking the pool area. The rooms are clean and moderndefinitely a different (industrial) feel. There is music played in the common pool area from 6am till around 11pm. The echo sound from the atrium area resonates into the room, which was very disturbing. I might suggest lowering the volume or do something about the sound vibrations into the guestroom. Staff is very courteous!
A true shining example of the Hilton Standard of service. I have come to expect a certain level of service at a Hilton establishment and this place will not fail to please. The location is beautifully laid out and the atmosphere is engaging. The restaurant and lounge is a true stand out. I will only stay here when I'm in the area.
Recently updated and very modern. Looks great! Great venue location for a wedding, function, etc. The staff were excellent and courteous. The building needs some maintenance, however over all very nice location. Pool inside is nice! Though it's very public.
A surprisingly amazing hotel. Was completely taken with what I had imagined would be a very average Hilton stay. Beautiful, while obscure (in it’s theme), property. Rooms well appointed, facilities modern and HIP, staff VERY professional, helpful and unexpectedly friendly (please keep this up). Swimming pool is a bit contrived (do you really wanna’ do laps by the lounge? Maybe at a resort, but indoor space is? A bit too close for quarters?). But the later is pretty inconsequential. I enjoyed my stay much more than expected.
Very nice hotel. The bar had an outside feel while being inside which I thought was pretty cool and it was right next to the pool. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were so plush.
Gorgeous hotel. Gorgeous Rooms. Just didn't find the layout all that convenient. To much construction; which is good in the long run. Just wasn't during our stay. Out balcony overlooked the indoor pool which I thought was odd as well. Only have 3 stars due to the layout and construction; other than that a very nice hotel.
The room was nice and updated, the staff was very friendly, and I was able to check in a few hours early. However, based on previous reviews and my experience, the hotel appears to be in a constant state of construction. The entire front entrance is boarded off and under construction. The hotel is functional, but it took a minute to navigate the maze that is the first floor. Also, drinks are ridiculously expensive at the bar. They have an IPA that's $12/pint! At that price I was expecting a bomber.
Went to Hilton Boston/Woburn for a mini-conference. Part of the lobby was being updated, which was very loud, but appears to be going beautifully! The lounge-pool area was very beautiful, and I can't wait to find a reason to stay the night! The conference area was a little more restricted than I had hoped, with the bathrooms located at the end furthest from the main event room for our conference. Chairs were in good supply, (even when attendance at one presentation was underestimated) and the catering (staff and food) was simply amazing. 10/10 would go again.
The hotel was very clean and updated. It's about a 20-30 minute drive from Boston, and parking is complementary at the hotel. My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel, rooms, and service. I did notice that 2 of the locks did not work, one on the room door, and the other on the bathroom door. Outside of that I have no complaints. We were very pleased!
Room is nice but was advertised as a balcony with city views - originally got a room on the first floor with no balcony let alone a view. Asked for another room that was on the fifth floor with an inside balcony over the pool with very noisy children. Worst Hilton experience to date.
I feel bad having to go down a rank for construction considering it's a necessary part of keeping a hotel up to date, but it was a bit of a bummer to have so much of the hotel unusable. This will pass. The rooms were great and quiet, which I was very happy with.
The hotel is currently under renovation. The rooms have this very modern masculine look. The breakfast bar was wonderful. I would definitely book again. I want to see the total look after the renovation.
The hotel was nice, but so much construction the pool wasn't available but the worse part was front desk , they over charged me, charged me things without letting me know. My card got blocked because they tried 4 different charges without my concent and none of those charges added up to what my hotel cost is, it went way over. I'm disappointed and I'm never staying in one of these again.
It was good in general. Rooms were a bit humid. You could smell the pool from the front door. The meals were good. Overall good place to stay.
