I visited MA for the first time in October. It was mine and a besties 26th birthday celebration! We had never been to the NE, we planned for months, Excited Oklahoma girls who love to travel!! We visited many towns- SALEM and BOSTON were our faves.
We had a great time for the most part until we came home to realize our hotel would charged us for smoking in the room.. and unfortunately we never did.. we actually were REALLY freaking good!! So I wouldn't recommend them. We tried to dispute and it didn't work so I'm writing MY REVIEW.
- and our toilet over flowed
- we stayed 3 nights/ 4 girls/ 1 bathroom and never refilled our toilet paper ( 2 rolls 😳)
-the vending machine for water was broken
-never took out trash out or cleaned room w/o is requesting
The little old lady working the breakfast every morning was sweet. So shout out to her! 🤷🏼♀️
The manager at the Hampton was great. We had to arrive early to get ready for a Wake and she went out of her way to make sure our rooms were ready and that we knew that everything was set. She has a very friendly smile and makes the whole place very welcoming. The staff person who was working the breakfast area was also very helpful to everyone, even with a full house of hig school students there on a trip. This is a very nice Hampton Inn!!
I love this place. We arrived and my kids were all given a small bag of Swedish fish candy. Every staff that I met at the front desk was polite, patient, and helpful. Breakfast was great and the coffee was hot. The room was comfy and clean. My kids loved that there were tons of other children around to enjoy the pool with for the day. There is even a Wendy's and Pizzaria right next door to grab lunch and dinner if you don't feel like driving anywhere. Breakfast went until 10 am which is longer than many hotels I have been to. Thanks for making the remaining days of our honeymoon fantastic.
This place is a great clean, friendly, low prices option that is super accessible to highways and the city. We have stayed here 2 separate times and the staff was so kind and friendly, the rooms are clean and quiet, the beds are super comfy and there is free WiFi and hot breakfast! This particular location seems to have been recently remodeled, it's very cool looking, all the amenities are great and they are super cool about late check instead and late check outs as well. The vending machines accept credit cards and they are located on every floor but in the morning you can have as much free coffee and breakfast as you want. I would recommend staying here to anyone that is on the fence. Highly satisfied!
Hotel is conveniently located, and staff was very helpful and accommodating. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable. Kids loved the pool. My only complaint involves the pillows. There were 4 on each bed - 2 down pillows that shrink down to paper-thin when your head is on them; and 2 regular pillows that are too puffy, even on their own.
The Hampton Inn Boston/Peabody provided me with a great place to stay while I visited Massachusetts. The service was wonderful, especially the breakfast staff. They were very kind and welcoming. The only problem I had was the fact that the pool was closed during my stay due to resurfacing, so we had to go next door to the Homewood Suites who were kind enough to let us use their pool. It was just a little out of the way. But overall my stay was great.
Tub had a lot of shaved hair when got there so that was a little gross but other than that, friendly staff, great amenities, and good location.
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean hotel. Rooms are pretty modern; nothing crazy.
Clean comfortable stay right off of route 1 with easy access to I-95. Not many easy dinner options nearby though.
Very nice. Friendly people. Great breakfast. Clean room with nice size bathroom - full tub and large vanity. Recommended.
The staff are very friendly, breakfast was nice and the bed was comfy. Definitely what I wanted during my stay!
