Excellent facilities, services, and staff. Samantha made our check-in feel like an arrival at five star luxury resort, not just a Marriott mid-level brand. Everything so far has been wonderful!! This is the kind of Marriott quality I've known and loved for years. Awesome!

I stayed here for 4 nights in late October and the lobby was decked out in cute decorations, they provided complimentary apple cider and snacks every afternoon, and gave me a little bag of candy corn when I checked in since I said I was visiting Salem. Which was absolutely adorable. The staff was incredibly helpful and upbeat, we were called to make sure we were happy with our room (which extremely spacious), and got a bag of fresh bath towels when we declined for our room to be cleaned. This hotel was easily the best value hotel I've ever stayed at. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Salem area.

The suites are nice and well maintained. Service has been good.

The walls are quite thin and I was able to hear a lot of the neighbor's activities or conversations in the hall. Fortunately, they all seemed to agree to sleep at 10:00 PM.

We had a 3 weekday stay during Halloween so the hotel was at it's busier if not busiest time of year, but this did not reflect in the service we received from the staff. They did a wonderful job actively encouraging the festive atmosphere with candy and costumes!

We had many questions about traveling in an area that we were unfamiliar with and the staff was eager to help, printing out directions, explaining landmarks etc. Housekeeping staff was very discreet as they were barely heard or seen on the floors, only being recognized by tidied rooms and clean towels and linens.

If we had to make any recommendations for improvements we would say, more lighting in the handicapped spaces. We found them to be rather dark.

We will definitely consider them for our stay next year!

Staff was SO friendly and helpful and it felt genuine. The beds were like sleeping on clouds.. it's the perfect distance to vaca in Salem and Boston but not pay those insane prices. I give 4 stars Only because the breakfast was not that good at all. The rooms were super clean. I would definitely stay again.

Excellent service. Clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was fantastic and all you could eat. Pool was small, but clean and serves the purpose. Large hot tub. The small details made a big impression; complimentary infused water and coffee/tea available 24 hrs, comfortable lobby, computers for guest use, etc. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great service, clean room and great breakfast selection. What do you need more?! Other than the fact that there's a little pool smell in the lobby with the indoor pool being so close, nothing to complain about. Would stay here again if I come back to the area.

The breakfast and room size is great. My only complaint is the AC controls. It seems like it is either on full blast or off so the room is rarely comfortable.

They are amazing! While we were waiting for home to open up, we had to stay there for 2 weeks with 3 young kids. My children are loud, demanding, and independent.it's just who they are. We enjoyed daily swimming, kindest housekeepers, and the best front staff to will meet! While our children loved their breakfast and the computers, I could appreciate the laundry machines and services large open areas for my oldest to escape to work on school work. They knew my kids' birthdays and we're so sweet to slip a birthday card under the door for the one celebrating a bday while there.

Being a solo traveler, I was very pleased with this hotel. Easy and secure check in. Rooms are very nice - exactly as they are in the pics. Lots of space. There was a fridge & microwave. Great selection hot and cold for breakfast. I will keep in this place in mind next time I am in the area.
