The room was very nice and ours was clean. We called in the morning and the hotel was able to accommodate and early check-in. We had lunch at the bar and it was delicious. We forgot our toothpaste and they didn't have or sell any which I thought was odd and a friend of ours found feces in his sheets and was moved to another room.

I was happy to stay at the Crowne Plaza in Woburn, because of its location close to restaurants, bars, and the city of Boston. After staying there for the night I will say that it's a good hotel for a cheaper price, but was a little disappointed in the overall cleanliness. There was a lot of room service trays and a huge bug in the hallway upon arrival to our room door. Our room itself was very clean and beautiful, the bed was very comfortable. The pool was very disappointing, and I wish there was a hot tub. The small pool was crowded, dated, and run down in terms of chipping paint and hand towels for drying off but no full sized ones. The bar/restaurant was pleasant, even though they were renovating and had about half of the room blocked off. The bar staff was wonderful and helpful and the food and drinks were perfect. Check in and out was a breeze. Overall we had a very nice stay, I just wish they would update their amenities more

I've stayed at this location multiple times totaling some ~16 nights. Staff are extremely nice and go out of there way to serve you. Front desk staff always has a great attitude. Room is always cleaned during the day. Only downside is the pool is very dated and grungy looking and there is no hot tub. Location this is easy access to highway. Price is competitive. Bed is great. Nice bathroom. Updated rooms.

The staff were extremely nice. I felt comfortable there. They made our stay special buy surprising us with balloons and strawberries dipped in chocolate for our anniversary. Despite some issues with housekeeping, they made up with yet another surprise or cheese, crackers and wine.

Staying here for a wedding. This is one of my favorite hotels and I've only been here for a day. The concierges are very friendly, relatable even. The grille has a comfortable atmosphere. The service was fast and the wait staff was also friendly. Room is spacious, bathroom is modern and has a touch of elegance. Also, the elevators are fast.

Very well accommodations and extremely friendly staff made me feel very welcome. On premises restaurant and bar also. They have 24 security which was an added bonus to someone who doesn't know the area. I would definitely recommend to anytime

TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED !!! Upon booking, arriving and entering the hotel I was impressed on a higher scale luxury feel however that was dismissed after entering my room on the first floor. The bed was loud, hard and very uncomfortable. I packed the small refrigerator with $60 of food that I purchased at he local supermarket to find that he refrigerator only warmed my food Not cooled it and spoiled it to ruin by the following morning. I was often awoken by the double set of slamming exterior doors throughout the night. When I complained someone in maintenance tried to shim the closer interior open only to remove part of the issue temporarily until it was soon removed.Since I was there on business I had an early morning meeting and my wife headed down to speak to the manager on duty only to be offered an upgrade if we booked again that night at full price and as far as the ruined and wasted money on food we were offered a free breakfast which was useless to me since I had already headed to work. I have used many hotels in this area and my experience is that this hotel has some real issues to repair. I feel robbed and discarded.

For Mother's Day weekend, my parents were going to be staying at this hotel and enjoying their getaway. I didn't want to forget to surprise her, so I called the hotel to ask if I could have flowers deliverered on her behalf. They said "Of course! We will even put them in the room for her!" I was completely blown away at the display they provided along with the suite that came for them! I'm not even staying there but need to thank the hotel and staff for making my Mom's weekend one that she will never forget!

We were staying at the Sheraton Four Points in Wakefield. Their pool was being renovated so they said we could swim at the pool at the Crowne Plaza. We went there and the pool was aweful. The worse part was that there was a women there with 3 young kids. The kids were eating cookies in the pool and later used the cups they came in to play in the pool. Staff did nothing to stop this. I'm glad this was not the hotel we were staying at. I know we will never stay there.
