Do yourself a favor and stay at the other residence inn in Ballston instead of this subpar Courthouse one. They put me on the noisiest floor (3rd floor) with kids running up and down the hall, inconsiderate family who are loud and obnoxious. You can tell by the sound of their behavior, this whole family staying there are most likely the entitled type who do not care how much noise they cause as neighbors don't matter I suppose. As a platinum member, will never stay at this RI location again due to the noise of the third floor. The Ballston one is much, much better. Won't ever stay at the courthouse one again. In addition, the check in clerk seemed rude compared to all the nice staff at the Ballston location. the Ballston location is a much better experience. You can tell this RI is outdated compared to the other one.

Great place to stayclean and helpful staff. The room was perfectbasically an apartment (with kitchen, refrigerator, appliances etc), king size bed and small dining table a few steps from the kitchen. I think a fantastic place to stay if you have kids. The location is perfect. Close to the train station and only a few quick stops from D.C. museum areas. The Residence Inn is near an AMC and a small plaza like area with places to eat.

Did not spend much time there but the hotel appeared new and in good shape. The rooms were spacious and comfy. Did not interact with the staff much.

Rooms were clean. Service was nice. Only problem was a lamp had to be fixed, the living room TV wasn't working and the food was pretty plain.

Very nice hotel and the service is awesome! Nightly food and food trucks Mon-Wed. It is located in a good area with lots to do!

It's a great location! Close to a lot of the attractions in DC. Walking distance from restaurants and stores. Rooms are beautiful, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. There's an indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast is fantastic. Just loved my stay!

Super clean, beautiful room. Included breakfast not a total carbfest. Very courteous staff. Convenient to restaurants and businesses. Plus, happy hour.

Room was nice, security was surprisingly tight for a hotel which is reassuring that hooligans won't be causing any trouble before visiting the bar scene here. Breakfast was way better than expected, seemed to be real eggs

One of the best hotels in this area probably. I enjoyed my stay here. The hotel is located in a very upscale and safe location. The Washington Metro line is just close by so it's great in terms of connectivity as well. The rooms are very clean, furnished very well. They also refill coffee, popcorn daily which is great! The breakfast was also very good. The place has many restaurants nearby and you wouldn't have to worry too much about getting food around here.

This hotel must be very new. Great amenities, perfect room with zero complaints. Room size is large with a full size fridge, stove, sink, etc. The breakfast is fully stocked with lots of great hot and cold options. Fresh fruit every day. Happy hour is only Monday-Wednesday. They had a food truck one night with fresh chicken!

We stopped here after seeing so many reviews. The line was out the door. All they serve is Rotisserie Chicken ,french fries, rice and cole slaw. They also have a few desserts. Simple and super. Tasty seasoned rotisserie chicken cooked to perfection. We were six in our party and all ate with leftovers for $40. Great place
