I like that it's very Clean and how the front lobby is nice in warm when you walk in and the dim lights which makes it nice and Coziness. All the staff was very kind and helpful. I enjoyed my week here .

I booked this hotel for an event at the Capital One arena. This hotel is conveniently located within a short walking distance from the arena. The price was fantastic and I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was modern and the rooms were spacious and clean! I would definitely come back. Lots of great places to eat on the same street as well!

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

I attended a luncheon there that was lovely. I wish the boxed lunches included a non-sandwich option for those of us who don't eat much bread, but it was otherwise quite pleasant. There are chips for those who eat those and the healthier apple option included in each. I appreciated the sparkling and still bottled water, as I don't drink sodas.

Worst ever! Customer service not the best. The lady at the Navigation Desk, worst attitude! The guys out front were always busy talking to each other, hardly ever opened the door. They take longer than 3 to 5 business days to return your deposit. I asked when I checked in what if I do not have it, he said they had to have it. One of the girls said she didn't have to, because her card was declined. He just looked at her and said, just don't brake anything. The bartenders were great! The rooms were great, the place was clean, but the people I interact with the most should be better than that.

This is easily a 4+ star hotel. I'd give a 4.5 if possible. My room was a single King on the 3rd floor. I could see the street but wouldn't say I had a view. The bed was very comfortable as we're the pillows. Some of the outlets didn't work which caused a bit of a headache in the morning when my laptop wasn't charged The bathroom was nice and everything was clean but the tub drained slowly. I'd stay here again.

This location is awesome - blocks from the White House, museums, nice restaurants, high end shopping. You can walk everywhere and take the Metro. Rooms are lovely, with mini fridge, coffee pot, safe, and a hair dryer. Cool lobby with several restaurants and a Starbucks. Only drawback is any noise in the hallway you can hear in your room, and the doors slam shut.

The hotel is a very lovely place, fancy but only a few moments of being overwhelmed. Very clean, organized and incredibly accommodating and helpful staff. If I had to list cons, by comparison I used to stay at a Holiday Inn, those rooms were bigger as well as the beds which at the RW were listed as queen but are in fact full sized which with two people is noticeably smaller. These are also firmer beds but not overly so. The bathroom, at least in our double room has only a large sliding door to the bathroom, would be nice if it was an actual door or the track was inside the wall, not outside the bathroom.

Large, comfortable room. Excellent front desk, navigator, and housekeeping staff.

Great location, within walking distance to almost everything.

Lots of eclectic dining locales nearby, and high-end shops.

Across the street from the civic center, my room offered a lovely view of the Carnegie Library--soon to be the world's largest Apple store!

I can NOT for the love of God understand why this place has such high reviews we stayed over Memorial Day weekend. I know weed is legal here but the parking garage smelled like nothing but weed. If you're staying in the hotel be prepared to pay for everything down to the air you breathe. It's $35 every night to park in their garage, $20 to use wifi, only breakfast here is the $22 a person, we tried the room service for breakfast and they got our order wrong but it was gross anyway. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE please!

We used their meeting rooms for a large conferences. The registration area outside of the grand ballroom was perfect for our meeting registration. The staff planning room was a bit small, but the many public work areas more than made up for it. I did not stay overnight in the hotel. The valet was pricey but they provided excellent service. I had a meal delivered from one of the restaurants during registration and the quinoa ravioli was delicious. I really like the space and am happy my company contracted with them for the next several years.

Located one block from the Washington Convention Center and a few blocks from Chinatown. Easily accessible to the Mount Vernon Metro and Gallery Place Metro stops. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Great meeting, convention and upscale tourist property. Cozy, modern decor, great food, a little pricey. Great customer

The Renaissance hotel is a great space for attending and hosting events. The ballroom and breakout rooms are always well arranged and once you've been there once it's fairly easy to navigate. Having only attended and hosted events at this space I can or speak to the rooms or hotel staff service other than being very helpful with event setup and running.
