Excellent hotel, with outstanding service. The concierge desk was staffed with extremely well mannered and very attentive personnel. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside of this hotel is the limited parking, the small hotel entrance and the in room coffee service and the inoperable safe. The balance of this hotel is remarkable. The hotel and the rooms are very clean, well furnished and maintained. The in room bathroom linen is very plush. The bed was luxuriously soft, comfortable and well dressed. The room was outfitted nicely with an HD TV, a comfortable day sofa and a nice desk. This is certainly a hotel worth returning to.

Very nice hotel with splendid amenities extremely convenient to Tampa International Airport. And an even added bonus is that it is right on the property of International Mall with some of Tampa's finest shops as well as a court yard style promenade of restaurants (fine dining and casual) and bars/pubs. No car needed here and no real reason to venture far.
They also have on site parking and all the expected amenities of Renaissance Hotel.response / report this review -

Clean with relaxing rooms and good customer service. Awesome location. Mall is right outside main entrance, airport is around the corner, and Raymond James stadium is about a 30 min walk. Great staff.

Beautiful hotel. Connected to the Tampa mall. Very nice staff beautiful Decor in the rooms and great food at the restaurant inside the hotel. Pool area is very quiet.Gym is beautiful with top of the line equipment. There was no microwave or mini fridge in our room. Not sure if this is standard for every room or just not the room that we booked. Love the fact that check out was 12.

Overall nice location, right next to the mall. There's a medium sized outdoor pool, spacious rooms and lots of conference facilities. The breakfast is decent overall, and there is a nice patio area in the middle.

Thank you to Ilinca, the hotel's event manager, for the work she did on our class reunion. She was great to communicate with and she bent over backwards for us.
Everything with our reunion went great. The Renaissance was a perfect host hotel with its proximity on Bay Street and to south Tampa. All the staff there was courteous and helpful. I especially want to thank the valet guys. We were constantly borrowing their carts and they let us take them to The Pub with all our decorating supplies. Above the call of duty. we have been here for hurricane irma and the staff has been exceptional. they are thoughtful, attentive, patient and kind. they stepped up in the worst of times and proved their attention to detail and customer service. this is the only place we've felt safe!

The stay here was great! Rooms and bathrooms are spacious, very modern and up to date! I had no complaints, but it would be nice to have a microwave in the room (they had one in the lobby, so it wasn't a big deal). I would DEFINITELY stay here again!

The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Great location. The mall and plaza next door had a lot to offer. Everyone was friendly, offered great service. Looking forward to coming back.

This hotel is well-appointed, comfortable, and gorgeous. The pool, fitness center & public guest areas were clean & inviting. The room had everything we needed to give us a place for privacy & to get great sleep. The location is easy access to nearly all the major attractions of Tampa. I would absolutely stay here again.

Love the lobby. My room is very spacious with a great view of the courtyard and the airportLady at the front desk who checked us in was not hospitable at all however I wasn't going to let one bad apple ruin the experience.overall fabulous hotel

Once we arrived at the hotel which was early, they were able to check us in, which was awesome to me, I hate waiting around for our room to be ready. In the room, the bathroom smelled like dirty feet. There was a funk the entire rest of our stay, but it was clean. Another thing is that during the night the AC would turn off because no one was moving around. In my opinion, I should be able to set the temperature and have it run all night if that's what I choose since we paid for the room. Instead we woke up 4-5 times to move around just so out would kick back on. Having to catch an early flight and not getting my sleep makes for a long next day. That alone would make me not stay here again. The pool was nice, the hotel as a whole was nice but not worth my money when I don't get a good nights sleep.

If you are looking for an amazing Sunday, look no further then here. Stop by and visit the Buddhist Temple and be marveled by the beauty. then take a walk along the patio to a multitude of different Thai dishes. Do not worry, they aren't hot. You can make it hot if you want though ;) Make sure you bring
