You never really go wrong with a residence inn. This location has a great breakfast buffet and nightly dinner option. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great and they sold beer and wine that you could take to your room. The pool and fitness center were great too.

Nice room layout. Bed and pillows are comfy. Sufficient light in the room. Nice color sheme in room. Plenty of electrical outlets in room. Desk is a nice design shape. Kitchenette is nice! Breakfast is kinda weak - canned fruit is served sometimes, but to be fair, a limited amount of fresh fruit is also served. However, egg whites are served daily, this is nice.

If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

I cannot say enough about the hotel and its amazing staff. We were forced to evacuate last week due to hurricane Irma and were fortunate to find a room, we were even able to have dog with us (for a fee of course). We stayed at the hotel until 9/14 when power was restored at our home. The hotel never lost power and the only “inconveniences” were Sunday night when they shut the elevator down for safety reasons, we were staying on a higher floor, however we fully understand. The other issue was the cable in the rooms which are a digital signal (does not make sense) we lost television service in the room however the signal was fine in the lobby.. The staff was able to provide breakfast every day and the property remained calm throughout the whole ordeal. A BIG THUMBS UP TO YOUR WHOLE STAFF AND MANGEMENT TEAM AT THIS PROPERTY!!!!!!

Great hotel. No complaints whatsoever. Great location. There is a mall across the way, lots of good restaurants within easy walking distance and plenty more in close driving proximity. Nice pool with a small basketball court along with a small fitness center. I highly recommend if you're looking to stay near the airport or stadium.

This hotel is very clean, comfortable and good location. HOWEVER, we will never stay here again because of the rude, unwelcoming, unpleasant agents at the front desk. One in particular, I don't know her name she seems to work evening/overnight shift. It seems she hates her job! Also, the security doors accessing the building don't lock anyone can walk in. We tried telling Miss Unpleasant all she kept saying is they unlock them during the day. Why would a security door ever be left open ever and the one by our room was never locked.

Good stop for business travel. Close to the airport and easy access around the greater Tampa Bay area. Great breakfast options for this kind of hotel, and they have nightly free beer and food for happy hour.

Spacious, clean rooms in a primo location to shopping, food, services and highways. Pretty good customer service as well. I am a Platinum Elite Marriott member.

This is a great hotel. It is especially helpful for us as we have two cats and this is a pet friendly hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they have pets. A very nice place to stay for a reasonable price. They do have a separate charge for cleaning the room, but it is worth it.

Very good location, clean rooms, pet friendly. Normally wouldn't stay at a pet friendly hotel without a pet, however, they cleaned very well. Wouldn't even know it was pet friendly. Breakfast is great.

Breakfast is a little different everyday. We stayed for awhile and the kitchenette was a life saver. The staff is very responsive. But HOLY COW THE PARKING IS AWFUL! thankfully they don't tow cars parked in bad spaces but finding a spot when the hotel is busy is nearly impossible after 6 pm. Rooms are clean and pillows are amazing.
