My stay here has been absolutely delightful. The staff is very friendly and they facility is very clean. Everything is close by so food isn't even a problem. The Hotel! Also has a fantastic view of the surrounding area.

I came here on a Saturday just to get away and relax and was very happy with the stay from check in to check out. I arrived 10 minutes past check in and room was ready. I had a deluxe room on the top floor with a balcony with awesome views of the bay and the Tampa skyline. My room was thoroughly clean and I had everything I needed. I even got a text from the front desk asking how my room was - very nice touch. The shower was great with good water pressure (very important to me) and they had pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower, which was great. The only small fault with the room is that the balcony door was pretty difficult to open and close, as if was off track. Other than that, the room was perfect. I also went to the bar where service was quick and bartender very friendly. Finally, every single employee I dealt with was very nice and accommodating. I will 100% be back. And, as always, remember to tip housekeeping!

If you’re looking for a place to stay I wouldn’t suggest this place. Jorge the Assistant Front Office Manager was horrible, I checking into the room I decided to leave and returned to two men in my room on the bed. I decided to go down to the desk for an explanation and the only thing they said was it was a mistake but you can pay us another 250 dollars to get into another room. Why should I have to pay extra for these peoples mistakes?

Jorge needs more training he slammed his hands on the desk and was not willing to do anything to fix the situation. If you’re looking for a great please to stay when you’re in town please go to the Home 2 suites located near the airport they took good care of me.

Very modern hotel, very farmhouse vibes which I loved. Brian who works the pool bar is super friendly and always handheld my needs. He doesn’t make guests feel like a pool bar guest, but like family. Brian’s service was the highlight of my stay!

Check your room thoroughly. There was trash in the cans, food in the fridge. And the room was HOT when we arrived. took over an hour to cool down. Call and inform the main desk if you have any issues. Which we did not cause it was late and we were exhausted from trying to find a room for the night. Other than that, it was right there at the airport which we were flying out the next morning. So that was perfect.

Rooms were dusty, carpets were not well vacuumed, and sheets were stained. Not all of the outlets and lamps would actually turn on and it was difficult to turn the shower all the way off. Pipes/AC were loud enough to require earplugs. That being said beds were comfortable, staff were polite, and location was good, I'd potentially stay here again, I just hope it's cleaner.

Good hotel experience. Fast check in, clean room, conveniently located, good staff. One of the best Hilton hotels I've stayed in.

Although we had issues with our security latch closing when we left the room making it impossible to get back in was a great hotel. They got us back in our room by climbing from balcony in room next to ours and going in the balcony door. 12th floor room with nice view, couch, desk, nice size bathroom, and comfy bed. We had breakfast voucher for full buffett breakfast which was awesome and a late check out at 230pm. Highly recommend.

You can' t beat the location. Near the airport, the mall and great restaurants. Hotel was dated but they were also renovating things. As far as service I can not complain. The online booking worked great and had the digital key as well.

Room was small.booked room for 4 guests and got a room with 2 double beds.not enough room for 4 people . The breakfast buffet included in our room was really good though. But out of all the hotels I've stayed at this one was not as nice or clean. Bathroom was not clean enough. Over all I won't stay at this one again

The Hilton Tampa Airport Westshore is ideally located near Tampa International Airport, I-275, and two shopping malls. On-site restaurant serves breakfast daily. Ball rooms and meeting rooms are spaceous and reasonably furnished to provide ample meeting space for gatherings of all sizes. Staff are friendly and courteous.

I pefer the King size bed over the 2 full size. The pillows are wonderful. The pool area is nicely landscaped but be aware at dusk the No-Seeums are voracious blood suckers. I found the halls noisy since the doors are not sound proofed. I would like to see trash receptacles in the public areas. Overall the hotel is fine for short stop - overs.

Great central location for anyone with a (rental) car. Good parking, and decent amenities. The layout of the floors is great in that there is a gap between the three elevators and the rooms (so you won't be sleeping next to an elevator shaft). Rooms are modern and most if not all have an interesting view of the local area. Staff was extremely pleasant and amenable.

This place is terrible. The rooms are okay but my families overall experience here was ruined by the VERY RUDE STAFF. First problem, they do not have trash cans throughout the hotel except for your room. We asked them why? "the management says so" was the answer. So people will leave their bag of trash on the hallway or outside their room. Second, the front desk staff are soooo unhelpful. We stayed here for a week and talked to several front desk attendants and they were all rude. When we asked to get our hilton honors to be added in our stay, the lady "was too busy" to help. Another attendant, we asked for towels; the lady gave us an "annoyed sigh" like it we were an inconvenient for staying here. Apparently they only have two luggage carts, according to the lady we talked to. We were staying for a week so we had a ton of luggage and no one even offered a solution for that. We called the front desk and asked what are places that delivers food here, she said "there's an emergency here, can't help you." when asked what the emergency was she couldn't answer.

When you ask any front desk attendants anything, they either don't know the answer or too annoyed to help you. If you just want a place to stay for your layovers, you can stay here. But for a vacation, don't, it's terrible.

If the management reads this. Please retrain your staff to act or even fake being nice to the customers. It really ruins your reputation as a Hilton branch. We are paying to stay here and we weren't even demanding. Just simple normal hotel needs, we were too scared to call the front desk for anything.

I only spoke with the woman at the front desk. She was friendly and professional and gave me the information I was seeking with a smile. The lobby was spotless and I was thinking if anyone I knew needed a hotel I would recommend this one just because of the cleanliness of the lobby.

Nice stay. The bathroom door, shower curtain were dirty. Using an aggregator site can save on cost. Staff were polite and helpful. Would return if could be found for a decent deal.

I booked this hotel through a discount site, I wasn't aware of where the reservation would be upon booking. I immediately looked at other reviews when I learned it would be where I would be staying and I had some concerns about the hotel. Those concerns were unfounded and it was a great value. The room was clean, functional, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff was very attentive and helpful. I asked for additional pillows and they sent as many as I wanted. We had breakfast in the cafe, which was a bit expensive ($15.50 per person for the buffet) but it was all fresh and there were a lot of choices, so I have no complaints. I think one of the best parts was that check-in was at 3 and checkout was at 12, which offered a more leisure stay. It was nice to be so close to International Plaza and the delicious places to eat in West shore.

Had to switch rooms due to wry carpet in front of bathroom. Lobby and other places elegant/re-done but don't get put on.sixth floor. Also no tissues and coffee supplies not replenished each day. Lobby personnel great. SKIP the expensive breakfast and go across from Marriott to small cafe in white office building, first floor.
