Hotel and staff are very nice. Located near a lot of nice restaurants. Just wish they had microwaves in the room since they have refrigerators.

Excellent place to stay. The staff is so nice and accommodating. Very nice breakfast buffet. Walking distance to many restaurants and the International Mall. Room are wonderful and the beds are perfect.

I bought room that was supposed to have a king size bed with a couch that was supposed to be on a higher level BUT WHAT I GOT was a room with two twin beds that was not very clean on the first floor. My boyfriend who is 6 foot three 200+ pounds had to share a twin bed with me before a big professional football event at amalie arena. When we laid in the bed a bunch of dust started flying everywhere at first we thought that it was bugs so we jumped out of bed but when we turned the light on we realize that it was dust flying everywhere. The toilet paper was not replaced just poorly folded. There was no trash bag inside of the trashcan. A big patch on the ceiling in two different spots from what looks like previous leaks. I'm not even sleeping under the covers because I can guarantee they didn't change them from the amount of dust that came off of the bed. Terrible!! You're better off spending the extra hundred and going someplace that's actually clean!

Fabulous hotel, close to the airport, and the most bed I have ever slept in. The shuttle will take you to the incredible International Plaza or anywhere within two miles. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean. I will return next year!

Went out of thier way to make hurricane guests and families comfortable .thank you for providing me a safe place to stay. With my pets it made me feel less stressed. You didn't have to do that but you did.

Older property and staff was useless in my opinion. Check in gal was not very friendly and when I left hotel at 5am next morning there was NO staff to be found and I looked for several minutes before giving up and leaving. Lemonade & Ritz crackers at front of hotel was a nice touch. Great location but just ok at BEST in my opinion. Plenty of better choices in this area.

This hotel was very nice it felt clean and comfortable. The staff was exceptional, we didn't have any large request but they were always available and ready to assist. The shuttle which takes you within 2 miles was great (there are a lot of great places in that radius) Also the breakfast was delicious.

We we're just here for one night. It was very pleasant. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. There is a shuttle that will take you within 2 miles which was really great, definitely a plus. (Although they need to clean the shuttle a bit) the rooms were much larger than what we needed, but include a mini fridge which I also view as a plus

Overall, a pretty good experience.

The good: Great breakfast! Nice size room, Large sofa converts to extra bed! Mini fridge was awesome to have, sink & large vanity outside bathroom was great. Housekeeping did a GREAT job cleaning up our room.
The not so good: Beds are double, tight for 2 people. Rarely towels at pool. Ant issues in ground floor rooms but they did a good job getting rid of them without harsh chemicals.

The whole place was amazing. The people at the desk we're great and helpful. The room was clean and organized. The only problem was the TV service was intermittent on some channels. The food was pretty good but not the best I had.

Hotel is great Big rooms, dog friendly, free breakfast GREAT location. The beds are comfy and the TV is huge. Quickly becoming a big fan of Hyatt Plae.

Greeted with a smile. My room was very nice and clean. Location had a very large and very nice selection of restaurants! I highly recommend Charlie's Steak House.
