We were there for a social event. We had an amazing dinner and the bar had a great selection. This wasn't our first time visiting so I knew ahead of time that they have great service!

I attended the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center for a fashion and jewelry Expo. The convention center was very easily accessible. Parking with easy to find. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The convention center itself was very well design and clean. Great experience

Went for an event so didn't stay in rooms but convention center was big, easy to get around. The lobby with restaurants and coffee shops was also so lovely. Really nice to sit and grab some coffee and very clean. Easy parking too.

The hotel is nice. Conveniently located right off a tollway, near Woodfield Mall and not far from the Fashion Premium Outlet. The hotel also is near many good restaurants too. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I'd recommend it, if it's near where you want to be.

Love this place!! Clean and beautiful room. Super comfy bed. Great view to the city!! Food there is delicious too. Will definitely come back.

Overall the place was very clean and the rooms were very nice decorated. We went to a convention there and the place is pretty large. They had a great amount of parking so we didn't have to walk far to get in. I felt that overall the place was very organized and well kept. Definitely would recommend to a friend or family.

The building was easily accessible from the street. The concierge was very nice and offered to take out bags up. The hotel was very clean . The bed was super comfy I would definitely be back to this hotel

The hotel is amazing. The room and bedding are comfortable. The decor is new and inviting. Great staff. The pool and gym are one of the best facilities I have experienced. Attendant brought me a bottled water while I was running on tread mill. I'm felt pampered the whole time. Only wish my stay was longer.

Room was very clean and upscale, there is a TV in the mirror in the bathroom, the mirror in the bathroom was heated so the center doesn't fog up. The beds very comfortable, and pillows ranged from hard to soft. The concierge very helpful in recommendations for food and attractions. Definitely looking forward to the convention I am coming in October to attend at this hotel. I came out ahead of time to get an idea of what to expect in October and I know it will be a great experience thanks to the exceptional service I received this visit.

We had a terrific time at the Renaissance this week. They hosted our dance team nationals event. Despite the chaos of all the young girls the staff easily kept everything in order. Fabulous food in the bar area was a pleasure to go back too over and over. Of special note, our server Kristine was top notch. Remembering all the drink orders and even the special food requests from members of our large party who where not with us on future visits. I have been here many times over the past 8 or so years. And have never been disappointed.

This convention venue is fantastic. It is not too large, good for smaller events (~5000 attendees) but the facilities are beautiful. The steakhouse there is elegantly designed, and the catering services are top-notch. Looking forward to the next convention there!

The hotel lobby, bar, restaurant areas are just beautiful. Staff are friendly and helpful and don't act to overblown. They seemed interested in making sure we had a nice time. My bed was soft and comfortable. You can sign into your Hulu/Netflix/etc to stream video your room. Very nice.

Three adults and three children; we attended the Kid's Expo. The kids had an awesome time, as there were vendors, a petting zoo, giveaways, discounts for future kid activities, people making balloon characters, and lots of freebies! I would say though, that it was absolutely ridiculous to have no food at all for guests while visiting. We attended the echo on March 31st (2017) and were there from the time it opened at 3pm until 7:30 NO FOOD?! Being open from 3 to 9 p.m., there NEEDS to be food available! This was really upsetting. Other than that, the kid Expo is an awesome place to take your kids for almost an entire day's fun!! BRING YOUR OWN FOOD, otherwise you may need to purchase food at the hotel's steak house. That could get pretty pricey.

Huge Hotel. Great location. Excellent restaurant and bar. Great staff and housekeeping very clean. The best comfy and cozy bed with nice soft pillows. Bathroom awesome. The room is just Immaculate. Will repeat.

Very nice place, friendly staff and great quality. I especially loved the gym. Although I never used the pool I'd have to say it looked clean open and very clear. Next time I'm in the area I'll be sure to check out the pool. Only negative I have is I ate breakfast in the Sam & harry steakhouse behind registration and I'd say for the price it should have been organic farm fresh! The cost for their very generic buffet was $25 including a $2- tip
