Decent for the price. Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. They offer a nice continental breakfast with a waffle bar, cereal, fresh fruit, bagels and muffins. There are side doors so youdont have to lug everything through the lobby to your room. Especially nice when staying during the winter months.
It's very enjoyable ! All the folks here are helpful and cool. It is close to a few mini malls so there's all kinds of stuff to do.
If I could give this place a zero I would. I checked in on Friday and before I even checked in, Marissa at the desk was completely rude to me. When I got there, the room had a huge bug in it. I called the front desk to let her know and she replied with "Well if you want a new room, I can give you a key I guess." When I got down there, she did not apologize or do anything about it. I called to talk to the Manager Rick about it today, and he would not do anything about it either. Then he told me I should have just checked out and went somewhere else. I was not able to get a refund because I used Expedia. No one was helpful or respectful as well.
Clean, quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff responds to all requests immediately. Cleaning crew does a great job. Decent free breakfast but could use a protein to make it better. Overall much nicer place than nearby discount hotels.
It seemed very well cleaned and it was easy to find my way around. Staff was veey nice and greated me everytime i passed by
Room was clean & smelled like it was just cleaned. King size bed was comfy, large enough for 2 adults & a toddler to sleep comfortably. Room has a mini fridge & microwave. Tv was not centered with the TV. Hotel was close to local restaurants.
Great location, right off the highway but nice and quiet inside. Clean hallways and room, mattress not super great. The #1 thing that attracted me to this hotel was, you can't beat the price. Keeping it under $100 a night for a decent hotel is not common in the Chicago area. That being said, in some ways, you get what you pay for. It is a 45-minute drive into the city and 2 hours by Metra so plan ahead.
Value for money, convenient location, friendly staff. Breakfast is having limited options but still better than extended stay America. Rooms are well maintained, clean.
Arriving at the hotel I asked to use the public restroom before checking in, I was denied! I examined that I'm handicapped and needed to use the restroom before checking in I was again denied and told to go to a gas station then come back totally rude! I called the gm the next day he was just as rude! I called the village of Arlington Heights and explained how I was denied! They told me that the hotel has violated the village ordinance and will be sited! I called corporate and they explained how they would take care of this matter! I will be contacting consumers affairs. Rude people!
Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was in a weird location (back corner of room). Free breakfast was okay, but definitely below average from other places we have stayed. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location was perfect.
Very nice clean and quiet place to stay. The staff here is also very nice and helpful not to mention the reasonable prices. Very good place to stay.
I am shocked at my experience at this stay. I was put up here after our house fire as a temporary visit After a few days in my room, I started noticing things out of place - So after a few days, I took a photo of my belongings before and after I returned home. A days inn Housekeeper had rifled through my belongings while I was gone for the day. To make it worse, they spilled an entire cup of coffee on my insurance papers, medical documents, and credit card statements. I approached the Hotel manager and showed him the photographs and he said "sorry" and denied anything had happened. Stay Away, big time.
Excellent place to stay away from the noise if you are searching for a peaceful hotel. Clean rooms and with excellent facilities. There is a near bus station (Dundee/Wilke) that will connect you to every public transport. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is practical for busy people. Fitness room is little small but went well with me
We got a room with 2 double beds. Beds were fine. Check in was quick and easy, but we checked in at around 10pm local, so there wasn't anyone else around. Free parking is nice too and was easy to find spots.
The hotel is a little bit out the city but the drive to the city isn't bad at all. We are used to driving in Atlanta so Illinois drivers seem much more intelligent
The rooms did feel a little small, but it was fine for 2 people. The bathroom wasn't private (but the shower and toilet were) which was kinda weird, but fine.
Overall this isn't a hotel that you would stay at, it's just a place to sleep and leave your stuff while you are out. The area isn't bad, there's some things to do, plenty of banks, gas stations and places to eat. Location was one of the main reasons we stayed here, not far from the city and quiet at night.
