It is an average HGI. I have no real complaints, but there is room for improvement. The hotel is starting to show its age. I stayed in a double queen room. The bathroom was small. Older carpeting in the room. Most importantly, the beds were not comfortable. I know they are adjustable. I tried the full range of settings and they all felt the same: hard. I don't sleep well anyway so I won't blame bad sleep on the bed, but it wasn't a good bed. On the positive side, the room was clean and quiet. A good value as usual with HGI, just not as nice as some.

Great hotel. Good breakfast, nice room and friendly staff. Only complaint is the bed is not as described. Adjustable bed doesnt function well and didn't make a difference.

I was very pleased with this hotel! My room was very clean and spacious. The walk-in shower was great after a long day of traveling. Many options of food and shopping close by. Would definitely recommend!

Location was good. Room was nice, clean. The was a fridge, microwave in the room. Breakfast was not included, but there were restaurants nearby. Overall, a good stay.

Be aware that the breakfast is about $13 — not free. I got my eggs, oatmeal, and juice, skipped the whole self serve waffle thing, they brought me coffee. And then they brought the check. Huh? Noisy youth conference with music and dancing down the hall to go with breakfast. I would have gone to McDonalds instead.

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel recently and had a great experience. The staff was amazing and the rooms were extremely clean. Management handles all complaints with the highest level of professionalism no matter how small or big your complaint may be. I will definitely stay here again.

We come here every year for Labor Day weekend. Great staff and very friendly. We are currently staying here as I write this review. The only reason I gave this a 4 star review is because our beds in our room are like a rock. My wife and I hardly slept due to how firm it was even with the adjustments set to soft. I drove 10 hours to get here and hardly got any sleep.

Rooms are clean, spacious, modern, and comfortable. Slept great and the room has many amenities. Staff was very nice and helpful. Really like the welcome bag with 2 waters in it. Will definitely stay here again.

I had a really great experience with almost everything in the hotel. The only reason I'm doing 4 starts is that the pool is really quite small and there's no hot tub. Aside from that everything was great! We stayed 2 nights. I checked in online the day before and even picked out our room. The lobby is small, but decorated nicely with a small lounge and tables. The room was cozy and has all the essentials plus a few extras like microwave and fridge. The bed and pillows were comfortable. We wanted a couple of extra pillows and the front desk accommodated our request. The room was quiet which was surprising since we were 2 rooms from the pool. I never heard any noises from the hallway. Every staff member that I spoke to was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just a 3-4 minute drive from Woodfield Mall and Lego Land. Our main destination was Lego land so this worked out perfect for us. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

I stay here periodically, the staff are always very pleasant, rooms are clean. Food for both breakfast and dinner are good. Close to shopping centers and restaurants if you decide to go out.

Great hotel tucked in behind the mall. Was greeted by Bianca, checked in, very quick. Complementary waters. The room was spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The bed was fantastic, slept like a baby. There is a free and paid breakfast option, but get down there early! The free stuff included scrambled eggs, sausage, pastries, juice, coffee, cereal, breads. They ran out of eggs and coffee first. Little disappointed, but they got more coffee out in about 30 minutes. Still would recommend.

Great location. Comfy bed and pillows, it could use an extra blanket in the closet. Great staff. Clean. Nice little restaurant. Down fall breakfast should at least be free. Room has all you need. Fridge and microwave A+ right there. Pool. Fitness. Free parking. Little lounge spot outside. Will return.
