The theater was incredibly dirty. There is no excuse for that kind of mess when it's not busy. It was a screening of Starwars, Christmas day no less. It should have been in a larger theater, more so sense it was in 3d but that's just a general disappointment. The movie was great! Just try not to fall on the floor.
Saw Star Wars on Christmas Eve. It was pretty empty that evening. The theater was very nice. The staff was pleasant and the clientele was very classy, no phones, talking, or other distractions during the movie.
The theater was nice and clean and the people were very nice. The food at the concession was fresh no stale popcorn here. Would get five stars if they had the fandango reserved seating.
Nice movie theater the seats are soft and recline. You pick your seats and the theater is small so best if you get there early or on time to have a seat.
This theater really gives off that 90s vibe of grand scale theaters that are spectacles in and of themselves. The place is huge, but shows signs of the times in terms of low staffing.
Don't get me wrong, the experience is still a theater experience with the snacks you expect. The chairs are all stadium seating and are comfortable, but I didn't like that the armrests didn't raise up, making it hard to manage my children and help my 4 year old keep her seat down.
The place is clean and overall a good experience.
MOST UNCOMFORTABLE SEATS EVER !!!! YES I LOVE HAVING MY CHIN PINNED TO MY CHEST FOR 2.5HRS!!!!!!! Citadel Mall South East Cinemas rule!!!! electric recliners!!wanna beat SE Cinemas????? install bass shakers(low frequency transducers) underneath decent reclining seats and turn down the audible volume a bit.let your customers feel the sound not go deaf and leave requiring chiropractic
Alyssa & Snyder, two employees at the theatre refused to sell me tickets to a movie because they claimed they didn't think I was telling the truth about my daughters age. 1st things first, there is no movie that I need to see so bad to lie on my daughters age. I filed a formal complaint with their Corporate office & I will not be patronizing them anymore. That was extremely embarrassing and disrespectful to me!
Arrived early with no competition for concessions but the staff still had to be trained in using the Regal app. The "No Firearms" policy seems hostile to customers and dangerous to everyone as they seem to think anyone intending hostility would surrender it to a juvenile who is then in felony possession of a firearm.
I take issue with establishments who fail to provide armed guards or any security at all, yet ask law abiding citizens to keep their concealed weapons outside of the building. A lawbreaker would have just entered despite the sign. Further, this particular establishment searches your belongings prior to allowing you to enter the movie. They are not looking for weapons of mass destruction, its the snickers bar you got hiding up in there. Lastly, as you enter the hallway of the individual theaters you will be able to smell the urinals from the restrooms or possibly in the carpet. Either way, it's probably best to try another theater! I will not provide one more red cent to these guys. The employees were all very nice. Having said this, the $6.09 32oz diet coke was hardly any consolation to them being out of the $7.00 Popcorn. Out of popcorn?!? WOW.
The clerk stated that he couldn't look up my Regal Crown Number without having the barcode. I provided the card number. Walked inside to what I would presume was the manage at the desk to see if he could assist with this matter. Only to have him speak vaguely about the issue while checking in other customers. Never once did he say "Let me check these guests in 1st then I'll assist you". After 5 minutes of rudeness I just gave up on the matter. I guess I wasn't worthy of a simple explanation in the matter. Mr Snyder is what I think his name tag said. Never again will I patron this theater
Pretty good standard great concessions nice-looking decor theaters in bathrooms are both spotless all the time no small screens and top-notch 3D experience
Great atmosphere and average prices. One of my favorites in town.
The prices of movie tickets here are much better than any other movie theater in town. It's nice to go to the movies and save money at the same time. Also, the staff has always been super friendly and helpful. Great movie theater!
This is a nice theater tucked behind a police station. The outside looks a little sketchy, but once you get inside, it is kept up very well. The only problem I really had was that on a Friday night they only had 2 people at the ticket counter, so it took a little bit to get the tickets (they did work pretty fast though, so not complaining about that). Once I got in, all the concessions stands were open, which was nice. It was still pretty busy, but the staff kept up, and it only took about 5 minutes to get through the line, and that's with having 3 really indecisive customers. I easily found my movie, thanks to the signs that say the movie instead of the theater number. The theater was great with good surround sound and comfy seats. I am a tall guy, so it was nice knowing that if I sat in front of someone that I didn't feel like I should be ducking down so they could watch the movie too. The only real problem I have with this theater is that the seats don't recline and so if I want to relax while watching the movie, I can't cause I have to be ram-rod straight.
I recently came with my 10 year old to see Batman Lego Movie. I heard this place was run down and dirty but the theater was clean as were the bathrooms. It was nice and cool and smelled pleasant. However , my popcorn was cold and extremely greasy, not worth the money. My $5 bottle of water was warm and I was informed I would have to pay $2.50 for a cup of ice. So $19.75 for flat soda , greasy popcorn and warm bottled water- I don't think I'll be back. I'll rent on demand from now on .
