Great place to stay. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. Always a pleasure to stay here.

Truly a wonderful spot to be at. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and extremely hospitable. Our room was near the entrance of the hotel which was amazingly convenient for unloading luggage. The beds were super comfy, the room was quite large and inviting, and everything was both clean and luxurious. Toiletries such as coffee and tea, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, lotion, etc. were provided, and breakfast was pretty satisfactory.
Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to spend the evening.response / report this review -

We were there for a wedding that was in thw area. Clean, great amenities, nice staff. We were very happy for all that we got for the price. Quiet, got a great night's sleep.Good location. Hats off to Tyrone who provided cheerful service.

Ideal location for a nice leisure stay. Within walking distance to the mall and plenty of food options nearby. FD Agent recognized me as a member and was very helpful and kind. The hotel is very comfy, great beds, and I love the express start breakfast. Will definitely return again for a later stay.

The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast had several gluten free options and parking was very accessible. Great for a cheap stay in North Charleston if you do not mind driving or taking a ride service into town.

Had an awesome greeting from Justin!! He just made you feel so very welcomed and he just made coming back from work so very pleasant. I'm not one that usually writes reviews but I couldn't let this pass by without recognizing him for his smile and pleasant attitude!!

What a wonderful place to stay. I Have stayed at 4 different hotels this summer from southwest Fl up to this one. 3 were Holiday Inns. By far the nicest. Very clean, updated, extremely nice employees, and good breakfast. Employees were knowledgeable about the area. We will be returning again next year. I have stayed in other hotels in the same area and they are no comparison. Sorry, pictures taken at end of stay.

My stay was perfect. They were waiting for me to check-in and the staff was polite and helpful. I was upgraded to a suite and the room was perfect. My only issue was that I needed a stepstool to get into the bed. It was tall and I had a wonderful night's sleep.

One of the best things so far is the back door has a bridge over a little creek. It's very pretty and nice to look at in the morning. Otherwise the rooms are very nice and clean. Breakfast is rather good as well.

My family and I had the pleasure of visiting the Charleston area over the kids spring break. We searched the web for suitable places for the 6 of us and we settled on the Ashley Phosphate Holiday Inn Express after reading numerous hotel reviews. Upon arrival and check in we had the pleasure of meeting Justin, the hotel staff member at the desk. We cannot say enough good things about Justin. He went above and beyond the call of duty and offered considerable and great information on places to visit, eat, and general information about the Charleston area. We also had the pleasure of meeting Latasha who oversees the breakfast dining area. Latasha is an absolute pleasure to visit with and the kids loved her kind caring nature. We also had the pleasure of interacting with other staff members and each time we we were treated with the same kind of exceptional treatment. In all my years of business travel I have never experienced such hospitality. Great job Justin, Latasha, and staff !! When we return to the Charleston area for our next visit this will be our first choice for places to stay.
