The Northwoods Mall is a pretty good small Mall compared to some of the major malls that you will find around the country but the best part is you find people who are employees in the store who offer great customer service. The food court is wonderful getting pretzels at the pretzel stop is great plus they also have a gym there which usually has a lot of people attending. The only thing that I say that will keep this from getting five stars is the parking and traffic situation around the mall is terribly atrocious. I really do think that they need to work somehow on expanding parking for the mall especially during the holiday seasons.

Past its prime and outdated. Remember that IROC-Z that was cool in the 80's? Well now it has been sitting in the star high school quarterback's front yard and hasn't run or done anything in decades, much like the star high school quarterback. Yea, that's this mall.

Plenty of great shops and food choices. Also they have a massage parlor. There is also things for the kids to play on. Plenty of jewelry stores, clothes stores, places to eat, an arcade, strollers you can rent, multiple directories and much more. All around great shopping experience!

There are better malls, but there are also worse malls. Hopefully they'll continue to renovate and bring in good businesses. Food options are decent at least.

Well maintained one with some beautiful shops with affordable pricing. Great for shopping and spend time with your family. Have a nice play area for kids and got some good eataries too.

The outside of mall is not impressive at all, but they do offer a decent amount of good storesyou would never know what stores they offered by looking at the exterior of the mall

Your average mall and fast food place.. it has a theater near in which it is average ,too. Nothing to write home about. But, you can get some shopping done.

I had a great time in every store I went in! And the sales perps on the outside weren't stalking you down like I've been in some malls. We had dinner at the hibachi grill inside it was great food! found our new favorite drink here as well. and our waitress was very patient with me I was very thankful. Overall good experience 👍

I've been shopping here for years and the mall has always been very well maintained. They have a nice rotation of new stores to balance out the long time names and they do seasonal event's to attract customer's.

I been going to this mall for about 15 years and it's incredible how nasty the entrance and parking lot is, coming through the main door where the food court is.. full of trash I never go that way, I usually entrance by Belk or Dillard's but it's sad going that way and looking at the poor cleaning. it's not really the staff but that type of people that walks in.

Wonderful staff! I went in there a couple of days ago but I haven't been in there almost 6 months got a hug immediately! And was told welcome back!! That's how you keep your customers!!

Northwoods has friendly teens working at most of the food and stores who are clearly interested in learning customer service and personality. Great work. The mall is clean and security works hard to maintain its peaceful shopping of retail. Its got a nice food court. And some of the anchor mall stores are pretty nice for Christmas shopping too. I'm married and my wife and I like to walk and have a coffee in the early morning sometimes, the planet fitness is 24 hour also.

Consistently been a great mall for many years! Visited Northwoods Mall recently and the family had a good time. Nice and clean plus it wasn't busy at the time we were there so that was a bonus. Great variety of shops and plenty of tasty food!
