Nice newer building that is tastefully decorated and maintained well. I did notice some stains on the carpet as I was walking to my hotel room. Beds are comfortable and the bedding is about average. Pillows choices in the room average to slightly below. Microwave and refrigerator are in both rooms I stayed in. Overall condition of the room well above average. Very clean as well.

Awesome hotel with super clean rooms and great wifi. The breakfast is very good with fresh fruit and assorted muffins and typical eggs, bacon and oatmeal. The hotel is very close to restaurants and right off the interstate. They have a recent renovation project that's almost complete but adding more rooms to the existing hotel. The staff is incredible and always willing to help in anyway possible.

Absolutely love this hotel. It's nice, clean, friendly staff and is close to some good reasturants if you don't want to venture off to far to grab a quick bite. The hotel is also very accommodating when they can be for transportation to downtown Charleston/The Market Place. Definitely one of my favorite overnight locations.

The front desk staff is top notch. Came here after a long day and they absolutely took care of me. I could not be more impressed. Room is clean and spacious but again, their front desk staff is the reason for 4 and a half of the 5 star rating. FANTASTIC people.

Very nice visit, no complaints. Friendly staff.Had one incident were very nice and quick to respond. Clean and quiet. We would return here. We always try to stay at Holiday Inn and have not been disappointed. Thank you.

Conveniently close to the airport. We had two queen beds in our room. Both of them were firmer than I would have liked. Over all stay was wonderful. Clean. Friendly hotel staff.

Stayed at holiday Inn express for our annual family reunion. The location was great. Access to stores and eateries. Rooms were very nice. Room rates were good. We had over 50 people in our group and would have thought the hotel would take that in consideration with the meeting room rentalno breaks there though.

First of all my first set of 5 stars are for mrs.PAM the driver of the shuttle bus. She was so kind knowledgeable and sweet ad pie she truly was a pleasure she started our vacation off perfectly
Second is the hotel it's self very clean very modern very nice front desk is amazing everyone is very friendly and welcoming always had a wave and a smile. Breakfast was always hot and tons to choose from. Our room was very clean yes we are close to the airport but we heard maybe 2 fly over and it wasn't at crazy hours at all. There is tons to eat I'm talking tons right outside the front door and the outlet mall and Starbucks is within walking distance. And the shuttle w for the hotel will take you anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel for FREE! We did tip our driver. I was shocked as to how much was within 5 miles 😊. Beds where a little hard for my taste but I'm used to an overly soft bed perhaps to soft. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel it truly would

staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were there to catch an early morning flight and the driver that took us over was very professional and friendly. Room was very clean and spacious. Don't know that we will be in that area again anytime soon, but would consider staying there again.

Nice hotel for a quick trip. Close to the airport and not too far from downtown. Breakfast in the morning about what you'd expect and only water I found was a drinking fountain on the first floor. But no real complaints. Clean rooms and great service at the front desk.

Indoor pool and jacuzzi, standard morning breakfast including biscuits n gravy, bacon n sausage, and eggs. 1min pancake maker! The seats in the breakfast area are great, and allow you to lean back a bit.

The bedding is great, the shower pressure was very good, and I like how Holiday Inn always gives a variety of pillows.

One thing I would change, if I could change anything, is to add more electrical outlets in more convenient locations. That's it, otherwise, a great stay!
