It is a nice hotel just not tg e cleanest place. You would think if you're paying over 100 a night there would not b e large stains on the couch or on the carpet.

Hotel itself is okay. Laundry, workout space, and pool seemed clean. Some exits are just for that, to exit. Key cards don't work on a few to get back in.
Front doors are locked at 11pm each night, accessed only by keycard. Unsure if this is from lack of security or just a Hyatt Place policy.
Located conveniently off of I-26 and lots of shopping and eateries.
Front desk staff personnel are decent, even if maybe not very competent or knowledgeable. They seemed bored and bothered. And didn't offer up an apology for what I'll share next. I got the feeling that it was not a huge deal and that it should be expected.
Hopefully, this is an isolated incident, but it seems our bedding wasn't changed in preparation for our arrival! Stains stains stains. Mortified to share we were too tired checking in late our first night to check (and assumed all should be clean anyway) that we slept in that! Naturally, this made me question everything towels, couch, beds themselves.
On a positive note, the room itself is very spacious (based on double queen) and seemed clean.
Breakfast is the usual basic fare provided at most hotels that offer free breakfast. Not terrible. Not extraordinary.
Three stars because it's not the worst place to pay to stay in. But also nice enough that service (especially housekeeping) desperately needs to match the cosmetics.response / report this review -

Our room was excellent. Everything was nice, clean and smelled fresh with only a hint of scent, which was great for my allergies. I have no complaints!

Had a great stay here. Not a single complaint. The staff was great. Breakfast was really great. I'll have no hesitation about going here again next time.

Very nice, comfortable hotel rooms. One of nicer hotels I have stayed at in my travels and I travel a considerable amount. Nice, warm breakfast and apparently has a kind of restaurant attached to it.

Beautiful hotel. Clean room. Friendly staff. The room was spacious and beautiful. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. Pillow options in room for whatever your preference is, even Flat! 5 stars, would stay again. Great price!

Was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful facilities. It was clean with comfortable spacious rooms. The continental breakfast was exceptional and changed each morning. The staff was curtious, friendly, and helpful. I highly recommend staying here if you're coming to the area.

I am really disappointed with this hotel. From the workers attitudes to even the condition of the room. The room was dirty, the refrigerator didn't get cold after being in the coldest setting for over 12 hours, the was a huge red station across a big party of the floor, the cups in the room we dirty, they had lipstick marks still on them. The workers, with the exception of one, had real attitude problems. At breakfast they were ride, pushing people out of their way. It wouldn't have been a problem if they'd said excuse me. The beds were nice, but very hard for me. The pillows were awesome! I will say that there was one lady that was very helpful and nice. She went above a beyond to find us some extra pillows and blankets for our room after one have me serious attitude and told me they didn't have any without even going to look. I know there were completely booked and that this is not an easy or glamorous job, but there is no reason to treat customers that way.

I enjoyed my stay personally. I gave it a 3 because of location and noise. It's located on a back avenue, behind another hotel under construction, so you can't see it from the road at all. No sign indicating it's there. Yet it's near the highway and airport so it's very noisy. The walls are also thin and I heard people talking and walking around all night along with cars and planes. On the bright side, the rooms are spacious and very clean. They have a small restaurant and the free breakfast is very good.

Nice friendly place, 2 families stayed here for 2 days with kids and enjoyed it fully but they need to pay attention to cleaning bathrooms and specially swimming pool, there was lots of hair in the pool and bathroom. We loved the breakfast and quiet rooms and nice comfortable beds. We book another vacations in different location with same Hyatt brand hotel and hoping to see better cleaning job so we can continue use Hyatt for future!!! ""The pool in very bad condition! Lots of hair and debris in water! Same garbage was on the floor for 3 days!!"""
