Prices aren't bad at all but we booked a suite for 6 and it's a bit like stuffing sardines in there. 2 beds and a pull out couch with little room to move around. I gave four stars because of the reasonable price and friendly staff, not sure I would call our room a room for 6 though. Maybe for 4

This place is cheaper than other places and customer service is great. They have 3 pools so if one is overcrowded you can go to another. The main one is covered so if it rains( always rains in the summer) you can still use the pool. On certain days they play movies while you are in the pool. They also have a beautiful walking area and exercise room. Breakfast buffet could be better but overall I would still recommend this place over others.

Staff is always friendly my room was serviced everyday their renovation is coming out nice. I would have liked the floor to be cleaned better. Also didn't like that I smelled cigarette smoke everywhere. But other than that pretty good for the price.

No problems at all. Room was clean, spacious..and appointed well. Restaurant was good. The breakfast buffet was great! Real eggs..not the powder, just add water ones. Lots of things to do here, budget friendly.

I have been staying in the room for 3 days of 12 so far, all staff we have encountered far are friendly and the shop is well stocked for things you might have forgotten. The room itself is clean, spacious and well presented with amenities such as fridge/microwave, iron etc. There is laundry facilities for a nominal fee and the pools look lovely however we have yet to try them. So far very happy with our stay.

They definitely know how to work a camera! The pictures are very misleading. Although it is good for the price if you're just need a place to sleep and shower. It's also relatively close to the parks. The staff is a bit rude though. I forgot one of my bags in the room and we were already an hr away traveling back home. We called and they were able to locate it and took down my address to mail it to me. After about 2 weeks of not receiving it I gave them a call and they said I needed to pay for a shipping label. I was not told this when I called the day we left. I asked to speak to a manager, apparently she was on vacation for about 2 weeks.. I called again and this time they wasn't able to find my bag. Sooo I hope whoever took my $300 bag is enjoying it. Yes, it was my fault that I left it there but it was a bit ridiculous.

We stayed here when visiting a family friend in the area. The hotel is cozy, and it is closer to many things, however there were some things that need to be addressed. Maintenance is something that clearly needs more focus. There is some noticeable neglect. I had two rooms, and the security lock on one of the doors was almost competent inoperable. The door handle on one of the bathrooms was loose and in the shower the faucet handle needed a screw tightened. Some of our towels were dirty. There were some stains on them. Needless to say, those towels were not used. The beds are EXTREMELY noisy. The base is made of metal, and the springs amplify all movement. It was difficult to get a restful night. The staff is very friendly and efficient, but unfortunately that does translate to the maintenance.

This place was huge, cheap and just right for what we wanted. Can't afford the big Disney hotels? This may be just right for you! The beds had clean sheets and everything worked. Well, except the AC when we got there but they sent someone instantly and it was fixed in 20 minutes. That's service. There was actually a cool path to walk around the ponds out back. The pool and Jacuzzi were in good shape and worked great in the evenings. Honestly, for how little time you'll probably spend there, you can't beat the price for a decent hotel. I give it 4 stars for value. It's probably a 3 start hotel in a lot of places but the price made it really worth it.

Excellent service. Clean rooms. Great amenities (swimming pools, game room, playground, laundry room, gym, private park (w/ a walking trail, soccer and baseball field, basketball and volley ball court). My boyfriend and I loved the movie nights at the covered swimming pool and the complimentary shuttle service to universal studios, Disney world, and other attractions. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay. Booked my stay through a price comparison site and saved some money.

Not sure why it's called a resort, definitely doesn't look like a resort. Be warned, the pictures look much better than it does in person. Overall, wasn't a bad experience, a bit below average. Staff was nice. Weird thing occurred. The first room they put us in belonged to somebody else, and their purse and personal information was there. So if I wasn't a good Samaritan, I could of easily taken that persons money & identification. After telling the front desk about the issue, they moved us to an "upgraded" room, which it really wasn't an upgraded room, it was the exact same thing. We stayed for 2 nights, and the 2nd night we found a dead cockroach on the floor.

Our room was right by the covered pool, and it wasn't loud or didn't wake us up throughout the night or anything like that. They did have a DJ during the day and the kids were playing/singing, which I thought was pretty neat for the kids. You can however hear the people on both sides of the room.

You do get what you pay for, but I think next time I rather pay a few extra bucks to get a better hotel.

Not a bad place especially for the price. Room was relatively clean. Has tile floors so your feet always feel dusty. Beds were slightly below average. And sheets left a lil to be desired. There are 3 pools. One which is in the center and totally cover. Also a large area in the back of the property with two ponds, a jogging trail, and some sports fields. All in all for the price it is nicer than most.

Wonderful place except the room we were given had tile floors and the TV was a little fuzzy. Other than that, wonderful stay! Absolutely LOVE the beach areas with walking trails and fire pits. Amazing nature preserve if you like the outdoors!

My husband and I first stayed here on our honey moon in 2011. It is absolutely beautiful! The rooms are well kept, there are so many pools, and the garden is beautiful. We come to FL every summer and we will NEVER book anywhere else. It's in the middle of everything you could want to do, and less then an hour from Cocoa Beach. The staff is polite, the place is very well kept. We have a 2 year old daughter and she absolutely LOVED the garden last year at age 1 and there is a nice quiet area for a fire as well. Great rates, and an amazing place to stay for sure!

Customer Service was very good. The beds were firm which is fine for me, but very noisy. Definitely could used upgrades to the room such as caulking and better drywall repair. However, it was not noisy, it was clean, and it was a typical 3 star hotel price. All in All for the value it was worth it even though I will spend more to stay elsewhere next trip.

Awesome staff. Great price. Super close to the parks. The shuttle times tend to be either too early or too late to be of use to us, but they are available for free. The rooms are tiled instead of carpet which was a little unusual, but overall a good affordable stay near Disney.
